Good people, great service. Very happy with my flooring!

I was skeptical at first about the lvt flooring that Juan discussed with us for our new addition. I have to say the flooring looks fabulous and seems very durable. So much so that we have them coming back in a month to replace our kitchen floor! Price was good, service is good and finished product looks great.

We are very happy with the service and our beautiful new hardwood flooring. Mr. Johnson really helped us find the best flooring for our budget and home. The crew showed up on time, was courteous and professional. They also cleaned up after themselves. All in all great experience. We are actually looking to hire Circle City again for our second floor carpet installation and have already scheduled our consultation.

FRAUD!!! UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!Our first mistake was hiring Juan Johnson, Owner and our 2nd were paying him in full!! He did not finish the job and he kept hanging up on my husband when he would call him. We later found other reviews stating that he did the same thing to them!! My credit card company is investigating now. I prayed for this man because clearly he is mentally ill! do not hire this company, he should be closed down immediately!!

Circle city flooring is very unprofessional Juan Johnson smiles in your face and will stab you in your back he talks a good game and then when he leaves he takes your money. Amazingly I was having a conversation with him about the progress of the job asking him when with the crew show up and he said I was on the N-word ****. I would not do business with him and would not recommend him to make me a doghouse.

It was absolutely perfect. They did the best job possible. I would higly recommend them .

JUAN JOHNSON, THE REPRESENTATIVE, WAS POLITE AND WELL-SPOKEN. HE AND HIS CO-WORKERS MOSTLY DID CAREFUL WORK, PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN MINIMIZING GAPS AND OTHER PROBLEMS BETWEEN NEWLY INSTALLED FLOOR AND EXISTING FLOOR. THE REFINISHING WAS PERFORMED QUITE WELL, AND THE RESULT WAS EVEN AND CLEAR. THE DEMOLITION OF THE OLD FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT WAS DIFFICULT WORK, BUT WAS DONE FAIRLY WELL. THE ONLY PROBLEMS WERE IN THEIR ABILITY TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN THE TIME PROMISED - THEY WERE A BIT LATE - AND IN THEIR PROMPT CLEANUP OF THE REMAINS OF THE OLD FLOORING. IT WAS ALSO SOMETIMES UNCLEAR WHAT WAS COVERED BY THE ESTIMATE FOR THE REFINISHING - FOR EXAMPLE, I HAD TO BUY THE POLYURETHANE FINISH, AND HADN'T REALIZED THIS WHEN NEGOTIATING THE DEAL. THEY DID HOWEVER ULTIMATELY COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL THEIR DEBRIS. THE WORK WAS DONE AT A VERY LOW PRICE, 1/2 TO 2/3 THE COMPETITION (E.G., COMPARED TO AN ESTIMATE FROM A HIGHLY RATED COMPETITOR THAT APPEARS ON THIS LIST).
