Church Brothers Collision Repair - Castleton

It took a lot longer then expected because the first set of doors were quite rusty so they got different ones. They did keep my husband posted on how things were progressing which we appreciated.

I first went in to take care of my girlfriends car. It hand front end damage and I replaced all the parts to get it running on the road to drive it to Church Brothers. I waited for approximately 10-15 minutes to talk with an estimator. Not bad considering I was a walk-in.
I told the estimator that I had done as much as I could and needed a bead welded across a broken frame ear, and the right front fender repaired, and then an estimate for the rest so I can subtract from KBB/NADA value and sell it, then have it repaired there before switching ownership of the car to whomever purchases it from me.
The response was that they cannot do partial repairs. Though I find this to be a vapid response, I then asked for an estimate.
The next response was that he refused to do an estimate that he wouldn't ultimately get the job for. Now, he would have, but I understand the sentiment that people intend to do things one way, and do it another.  The people who buy my car may elect to fix it themselves and pocket the rest up to KBB value and make some money.  This is where I tried to tell him a couple things we could do, like pay for the estimate or tell him I can put up to $2500 in it, all as I pulled out the cash in my pocket to show him I meant business.  However, he kept throwing his hands up in the air, along with a clip board, and telling me he was bowing out.
The tone in his voice was that of belligerence. He was not professional in either his speech, his attire, or grooming. It is appalling that I send my own customers here at Prestige Automotive Repair to Church Brothers for body work all the time, and the thought that they may have been strong-armed into having work done. It would have been extortion if this wasn't a free market. But since it is, alas!  We live in a time where we can let others know not to use a bad companies service! And if they say it didn't happen how I have explained it here, it's a lie.  I would also like to point out that I immediately went to Glendale Body Shop, and they bent over backwards and they are giving me a free estimate!  They even laughed when I told them about my experience with Church Brothers, citing that they have many customers who went there first and either had shoddy paint work done, or couldn't deal with bad attitudes.

My overall experience was good.  The only thing was that it took forever.  I liked that they were easy to contact and I was able to always get through when I needed any questions answered.  That’s kind of different for a car place and I had many problems with car places.  Their work was good and their price was fair.  They probably took as long as anybody else would have.

The process went great. They did everything in a timely manner. My car was struck in a parking garage in a hit and run while it was parked. The whole rear passenger fender was terribly dented and pushed my car into the wall which scratched and dented my front bumper and fender. I picked up my car and it looked beautiful. I drove it for about a week to let the paint settle and took it back to have the side stripes applied. After getting it back, it looked just like new. I would definitely recommend them if you have any kind of body work you need done.

I cannot say enought positive things about my experience with Church Brothers Castleton. Everyone I encountered was professional and courtesy throughout the process. The staff kept me well informed of each aspect of the repair, there was a one day dely in getting my car back, waiting on the paint to dry completely. Additionally, the Church Brothers staff and the staff at Enterprise Rental Car communicated behind the scenes to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience for me. I would highly recommend Church Brothers and especially the Castleton location.

I went here to get an estiment for some rear bumper damage. I had to wait 20 minutes to see an appraiser, and another 20 minutes for the estiment, Their price was $100 more than other places, If you want to be treated like a number, then this is the place for you.

It was satisfactory. We were very happy with what they did and they were very efficient.

Everything went as planned. The repair took 4 days in order to allow for parts and paint.

I always enjoy this business. They go out of their way to please the customer.

The guys from Church Brothers Collision Repair and ndash; Castleton did an excellent body work on my car. They are fun to work with. They are prompt and convenient. They do a good work and they are fast. Their price is reasonable. I really like how they make sure the job is done right.

I called to have a dent repaired on my Honda CRV. Church Brothers was able to schedule the work the next week. There was a small dent on the right corner panel. I was told that the work may take 4 days but it was completed the next day. The car looked good as new. The technician gave me instructions about how to care for the new paint job over the next month. I paid 1/2 at drop off and 1/2 when the work was completed and inspected at pick up. The price was about $100 cheaper than the quote at the dealership.

This job was covered by the other party's insurance. I was always informed of what was being done and updated. I had a special bike rack on the car, and they took care to ensure that the attached parts were not lost in the repair.
I received my car the day it was promised. Any time I had a question, I used email and received a response the same day, usually within an hour.
There was a latch that was incorrectly installed, but this was corrected immediately when I returned to the shop. They took the time to hear what the problem was and investigate to figure out what was happening. It was hard to diagnose but an easy fix, and I appreciated that fact that they took the time to make sure everything was correct.

I scheduled an appointment for my estimate, and they were right on time when I arrived. The estimator came out and looked at the havoc we had wreaked. He set his clipboard down, grabbed the top of the door and spent about 5 minutes to slowly bend it back to where it fit. A less reputable shop could have given me an estimate for a couple hundred bucks and then done the same thing when I wasn't there to watch.
I think this shows a great deal of integrity on their part and I will definitely go back there next time i need work done.

The car was finished early, and there was a couple issues. Justin, and the team at Church Brothers took care of me immediately. I am very impressed with Church Brothers as an organization. Hats off.

It was very good service they provided . They had the car work done in less than five days. So didn't take long at all. I would use them again in the future.
