Didn't clean my carpets. Several surfaces were untouched. I admittedly have an issue in my house as I live alone and work but have two dogs that stay in the house and aren't house trained. I understand that that is an issue, but I felt like a lot of the potential cleaning was skipped.

"Our company does not clean carpet and all clients are told that. We are house cleaners. Unfortunately there are issues in this house that prohibit us from cleaning the hard floors and vacuuming the carpet floors properly. All clients are made aware that we do NOT pick up pet excrement and all the floors throughout the home are covered with urine and feces. The non-carpeted floors were mopped each time however the amount of urine that soaked into the floors made it impossible to make a difference. The carpet is beyond our help and should be replaced as it is too soiled to run a vacuum over it. Surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen were done each time. We were able to clean up all the mouse feces off the counters, inside the refrigerator and some cabinets as well. This home is in desperate need of some renovation due to the amount mice that run throughout and the animal excrement that covers the entire home. We did our best to help Mr. [Member Name Removed] as we could clearly see and smell that there was a lot of work to be done. I think it is unfortunate that we received the bad review when the house is in such disarray that we are unable to make a difference."

The 3-lady crew that showed up to clean the house did a super, super job. They were very nice; came in and went right to work. They did a very thorough house cleaning - not just a "gloss over". They dusted, swept, mopped, cleaned the bathrooms, wiped woodwork and switch plates where needed, emptied trash, etc. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Choice Cleaning. We'll likely hire them again.

Basically it was the old adage - you get what you pay for. I paid half price and got about half a cleaning. Would have appreciated a thorough dusting, full glass cleaning in the bathroom, attention to the inside of the stove (package description included "deep cleaning of appliances" but only the outsides were touched - and that lady spent the entire 2 hours in the kitchen), mopping of non-carpeted floors, trash taken out, and a general overall clean smell when I arrived home an hour after the crew left. Unfortunately - none of the above was provided with their service. The house IS presentable, but not much more so than it was when they arrived - other than the front of the Stainless refrigerator. That is beautiful! The photo of the glass jewelry box shows the dresser being mostly dusted, but the jewelry box left with a thick coat of dust Sorry, but if this deal was designed to attract new customers, it failed at that task.

They have cleaned for me once a month for about 4 years. Wonderful, Marvelous. The employees are always very polite and friendly and even like my dog who looks forward to them coming. Very reliable. They do an excellent job.

From start to finish it was an amazing experience! Scheduling with Mandy was simple and she had the exact date and time that I needed. Three girls showed up on time than 3 more came to help! The condo looks absolutely amazing! Couldn't be happier!
