Quick to get appropriate documents form mortgage company. Was a little disappointed some of the paperwork could have been precompleted, or filled in, prior to my arrival for closing. Took about 45min, should have only taken 15-20min. Initial quote was $755, but ended up being $1050 with addition of a mortgage insurance policy....

They did not set up my escrow account. The escrow was to be set up for landscaping and a final grad on my house.
This ended up costing me over $7,000.

OUR CLOSER WAS VERY EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND OUTGOING. THE CLOSING WAS SUPER FAST AND WE WERE PROVIDED WITH OUR CLOSING PAPERS. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WE HAD TO WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES FOR THE CLOSING TO START BUT I UNDERSTAND HOW BUSY TITLE COMPANIES ARE IN OUR COUNTY.
