Cheryl was my buyer's agent/realtor for a pre-owned home purchase in central Indianapolis.  I'm a buyer of only moderate means with specific boundaries pre-set for my financing, which made my home search in this strong seller's market even tougher.  Cheryl had no problem with any of this, and eventually helped me find the most amazing house.  The home search was difficult at best, due to the fact that my price range (around $100K) is full of unscupulous sellers and sneaky flippers selling homes full of mold, bad/out of code wiring, leaky basements with lots of Radon, collapsed drain lines, rotting siding, etc.  Cheryl's amazing knowledge of the City paid huge benefits, as she was able to steer me towards nice neighborhoods within bicycling distance of downtown, yet affordable enough I had options.  We saw lots of homes, many of which were not nearly what they were advertised to be, and eventually found some good ones.  Cheryl steered me through an offer that fell through after the home failed inspection (multiple really expensive flaws), and persevered until finding the home I eventually bought.  Cheryl provides amazing customer service, wise advice, excellent counsel, and an overall amazing home buyer experience.  I give her the highest rating possible to give a realtor.

"Helped" me buy my first home but her mistakes/oversights left me holding the bag on $3300+ of the seller's property taxes. If you need an agent to advise you through the home-buying process, don't work with Cheryl.
