The rates are so low we decided to refinance again we called Richard at Cherry Creek mortgage and he did our application over the phone told us about the programs that he had to offer. the whole process took about three weeks to get done and we are very happy.

Richard was very easy to work with... He helped us from beginning to end with the refinance. It was very painless and we got an awesome rate and good costs compared to all the other lenders that were trying to bid our refi. It only took 3 weeks and most of the others were telling us 1-2 months.
Richard has helped us before and I will always use him for any purchase or refinancing we do in the future. Their rates and costs were less than all the other lenders we checked out everytime we use them. Thanks again and if rates go down again I will be calling.

From beginning to end Richard kept us in the loop on the process. We started the application process on January 7th and closed the loan on January 27th. Got my pre-approval in a few days, they ordered the appraisal and had it back within the week. We got a few more documents for them and scheduled the closing. It took about 3 weeks total. Very professional and their office is in the middle of Castleton. Highly recommended.
