Fantastic! The guys helped move some things out of the way, completed the work efficiently, and were very polite and tidy. They even offered to sweep up the carpet afterwards. I was extremely pleased and would definitely use Charles and his team again.

I had a few wrinkles in the carpet in our upstairs bedroom that we needed to repair. He arrived on time and did a great job of repairing the carpet. While he was repairing the carpet he noticed a number of other imperfections in the carpet that he also repaired. Now the carpet looks great!

He came to the house within three days of my call to evaluate the scope of the job to be done. Work was performed in a careful and thorough manner. He was prompt, clean and careful with his tools and clean-up when done. The price was right and I would recommend his work.

He did a beautiful job. He is a very good person. He is prompt, professional, and efficient. I would recommend his services to anyone. You cannot see the seams even though he had to piece together 3 different pieces. He did an outstanding job! He also does installation, repairs, and resoration.
