Chapman Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing

After the plumber checked the job he proceeded to tell me that he was not sure he would be able to find parts for that toilet (an 8 year old Kohler!) and that replacing the wax ring was a very labor intensive job! He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me to a $350 toilet with a brand name I had never heard. He said it was a brand that had been around for a 100 years (not true). He then justified that price by again telling me that it was a very labor intensive job. I am a female home owner and very knowledgeable about home maintenance and repair and do not appreciate this tactic. I paid the service fee, but did not have him do the job. I am also knowledgeable enough to know that replacing a wax ring is not a extremely labor intensive job in the field of plumbing! Maybe for him, but not for most plumbers!

We were very pleased. Our experience was a good one. Would recommend them to anyone. They did a good job & explaining any questions we had . Were here on time and got the job done promptly. Everything works great.

We've been using Chapman for about 2 years for our twice a year annual service check up and...well...whatever they do to keep everything working and efficient. My home has a split system with double the work (and double the bill!) but they've always been prompt, friendly, fast, on time, and suggested practical ways to get more out of our HVAC. These folks know their stuff and are worth your money!

Everything went great. Some of the work was performed that day. We were given estimates and detailed instructions for other work that will be performed at a later date. We have used Chapman heating/cooling for over 30 years and this was our 2nd time using the plumbing services. We trust Chapman.

We were able to arrange a service call for the next day. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He installed a temporary part, which allowed us to have heat, and ordered the permanent part. They called back in just a few days to install the permanent part. We were pleased with their service.

Great, professional and thorough

They came out exactly when they said they would be there and did a very thorough job. The out door air conditioning units were very clogged with debris showing that the company we had been using had not done a good job of cleaning them. We were satisfied with the price since he did so much work while he was here. We have signed a service contract with them and will continue to do business with Chapman. We also found out they are a 24-7 plumber so that is good to know for future reference.

Very well. Had to wait for the install because if other pending jobs which was perfectly acceptable. They made the scheduled appointment right on time, work efficiently, fulfilled all promises, and cleaned up after themselves. Experienced and professional installers. We are happy with the new system and the company follow up.

I have a service contract with them and so they come out twice a year. There was nothing wrong. I have been with them for 10 years and so I like them and that's why I stay with them. Their price is fair.
