I chose them because I had seen them work before. They stayed at it all day, for twelve hours. They powerwashed it first to get the dirt off of it. They covered all of my windows so the paint would not get on them. They also covered my neighbors RV because he refused to move it. I am very pleased with their work.

It went well. They were very professional. They guys who did the work were very cooperative. The sales tech was very professional. They were able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time.

We had several estimates for the job and Certa Pro had the best price. The person who came to do the estimate was very helpful and made recommendations as to what type of paint would work best for this application. They took pictures and gave us an accurate estimate of how many days it would take. They emailed to confirm start date and time for pressure washing and actual painting. Everyone arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The barn looks great! We get a lot of compliments on it. Clean up after completion was very good. Most jobs are subbed out. The group we had was very professional and did a great job. Would definitely use Certa Pro again and would recommend highly.

CertaPro was recommended by a family member, an interior designer who works with them often and even used CertaPro to paint her own home. The crews brought everything they needed (including clean drop cloths); wore paper booties over their shoes to keep our floors clean; and carefully covered woodwork, railings, and furniture for protection from splatters. Our crew was careful with our belongings, made few paint transfer splotches, and overall did a nice job. Amazingly, almost none of that horrible popcorn stuff on our ceilings was brushed off into the paint or onto the floor. The only weird thing was that the trim is painted first, which meant having every room disrupted simultaneously. Our crew also didn't use painter's tape for cut-in work, and although there were few smears, we had to ask the painters to go back over the edges at the tops of several walls and around some fixtures.

Rafael's crew did the job in three days. We had the master bedroom repainted in another color, since we did not like the original color we chose. They were able to accommodate this change quickly. Overall, this was a very good experience. They were punctual, courteous, communicated well, and did a quality painting and cleanup job. One of the colors we chose was particularly difficult, and in one room they put on 5 coats to ensure a quality result. I would definitely use CertaPro again, and I would request Rafael's crew.

I received 4 quotes to have my house painted. Certa Pro had the lowest quote of them all. They came out to the house and did a walk through with me.

They did an awesome job. They were able to get the work completed in less than a week. They cleaned up great and the paint job is wonderful. I found the crew to be very professional and the owner, Mark, is a real pleasure to work with.

Overall, the paint was applied very well. There were areas that were left unpainted. They returned to paint them. There was a missing piece of trim and the contractor took it upon himself to cut the piece, install and paint it with out being ask to do so.

Very professional and high quality work. They sent a crew of three painters. The crew was very friendly, hard working and customer oriented (helping to move furniture, etc). During the work, a CertaPro manager stopped by and asked us how the job was going and gave us an update as to the schedule for completion. The manager also discussed the job with the crew to ensure that all requirements and quality levels were being met. This was the best interior painting experience that we have ever had! The entire job was completed in two days, although the second day lasted until about 7:30 PM. They were willing to come back the third day if it was inconvenient for us to have them stay later to finish the job. Before the painters left our home, they made sure everything was cleaned up and major furniture was back in place. We have lived with the paint job for three months and still have found no drips or skips! Everyone who visits our home compliments us on the beautiful paint job.

Extremely flexible in showing up mid day after closing of house. Painters did an excellent job worked clean and finished on schedule.

I was very happy. They had to send two crews, one for carpentry (the door install) and the other crew for painting. They were very professional, quick, and easy to work with. Both crews were prompt and were completed mid-day. They asked if they could have lunch in the garage, as they had brought their lunch. I was more than happy to oblige. I will certainly bring them back for my next project. I really felt like I got quality work at a very competitive price. Also, the pre-sale/proposal phase couldn't have been better. Erin was my rep and she was the best I've met yet at communicating with me and even called after the project was complete to ensure I was happy and that everything went smoothly.

They took care of everything and were pretty quick.

Pretty well. Jenna came on schedule to give bid. She explained at that time I could have an exact date & time to begin job. But then Jenna called back and changed 2-3 times date time job to start... and ended up w/original schedule. Then when painters came they seemed upset 1st day about amount of time they were given to do job and said it should have been bid differently in some areas. Areas Jenna and I had discussed were omitted from lengthy print out of bid that I had signed. So, I added back in some of the work I needed to have done (which had been discussed w/Jenna)which increased the final price from original bid. Garage paint did not cover properly and needs another coat... painters did say they would do 2nd coat free after spending 1-2 hours on phone w/certa pro office. wasted much time in my opinion. I did not have free work done as I wanted to have job done as bid. As a result job took 1 day more & cost more than bid.

They did a real good job.

They painted the room last November and the paint is starting to fade and chip. In the beginning they did a good job. Now, the room looks awful and I have had to get estimates from other painters to come in and repair it as I cannot get a hold of Certa Pro. They did very good, its just the follow up. The product did not perform like they said that it would.Certa Pro returned to repair the above problems and did an excellent job. Hugo Falledo was very professional, and repaired the job better than I could have expected. If Hugo?s team would have done the job the first time. I would never have had to have Certa Pro come again. I would recommend Hugo for any future jobs.

Chris, the sales rep/estimator was on time, courteous and gave me a detailed proposal before leaving. The estimate was several thousand dollars less than one we had received earlier. We also met with Meridith, who consulted on color choices - all of which turned out well. The painters worked around our schedule and other workers at the house. They did a very good job repairing damaged plaster walls and ceilings, and the paint job was excellent. I would certainly hire again.

Excellent job. They were very thorough, and spotless.

The initial painting and wall prep of the work was not done well. But, the company has a warranty program. So they came out and completely fixed the work. Overall I would still recommend the company. I think a lot of the quality depends on the crew. Just be sure to get a good crew and it will work out well. I have used them also for 2 prior painting jobs and had no issues.
