It was very difficult to sell the house. His response was not real good, but he sold it when other people couldn?t.

It went really well. Brian kept me on track but I never felt that I was rushed or pushed into the home. I felt that he was really working on my team. This was my first house so I was stressed at times. He would ease my jitters and tell me what the processes were along the way. I have recommended him to my family and friends. We are living in Michigan and he has been very helpful with keeping us updated and answering any little questions we may have. I really like him because he listened to what we wanted. We have an older home and he did what we wanted and helped us. He let us set the price.He surveyed other homes in the area that were for sale and he made a comparison sheet to help us figure out what we should list the home at. We sold the home in 4 days!! After we had moved, the buyer did a home inspection and there were 2 things that needed repaired. He scheduled the appointments to get these items fixed. He has been calling us daily to let us know how everything is going. He has been very helpful! Anything we needed he was right there to help us with it. We have been more than pleased. Any question that we have had, he gave us his cellphone number and told us to call. I recommend him to anyone.

Tim was our agent and he showed us property and helped us through the closing since we were out of state. He was very corporative and very professional. Tim also has great knowledge about the area since we didn't and he was very patient and managed the schedule to show properties and to complete our search in purchasing a home.

She was great She had a lot of good knowledge of the area and the market in this area. She offered a lot of information and opinions about the specific neighborhoods and homes.

Our agent was Lindsey McGrath, and Lindsey was so very helpful and friendly. She spent a whole Saturday with us, as well as several other days, and walked us through 15-20 homes that Saturday. In addition, she seemed to be at our every beck and call once we found the house we were looking for, as we asked several times to get back into the house to take measurements and plan improvements, etc. We felt very fortunate to find an agent that would cater to us as often as we needed her to. We are ecstatic, as we found the house we were looking for, in the area we wanted to live, at a great price, and we feel that we have Lindsey to thank for that.
