We hired Jerry to perform a home inspection/radon test a home we were buying last fall. He was very professional and covered every area of the home from the roof to the crawl (which had a sewage leak). He took very detailed pictures and checked every appliance throughly. When he was done he went over everything he found (good or bad) as he showed us all the pictures.
Jerry was prompt, friendly, patient, and helpful with all of our questions. We were moving from another state so we had a lot of questions.
That house sale fell through and we eventually found another home to purchase.
We had no doubt that we were calling Jerry to inspect the second home. Again he came out and we had the very same service as the first time! He looked at things we wouldn't think of.
We recommend him highly and will tell anyone buying to hire Jerry.
