After the initial deep clean in December I was so relieved that I scheduled with Jenny for bi-weekly service and we agreed upon $50 for these shorter sessions.
To date, she has come three times to our house, including twice when the streets were packed with snow and ice. One of the days was so snowy everyone was getting stuck on our street and in our driveway; Jennifer still showed up as scheduled and got to work as soon as she arrived! I also appreciate that Jenny always texts ahead to tell me she's coming so I know her ETA.
If you have an older home and live in M-K then I recommend Jenny. She understands how to clean hard woods and how to combat the dust produced in these houses. She isn't afraid of the challenge!
Jenny brings a lot of her own supplies and is highly detail-oriented when it comes to asking whether I have any cleaning chemical preferences and whether I want vinegar and water used on our wood floors. She always works so hard when she is here while at the same remains easy-going and a smiling person! Personally, I have to add: I am just thrilled that during the regular bi-weekly service she cleans the entire burner area and plates on our gas stove. I hate doing that part of the kitchen and am so happy she does it for me!!

Jenny did an exceptional job cleaning our house. Our previous cleaning company didn't satisfy our expectations, so we hired Jenny based on all the great reviews on here. If you're looking for a cleaning service, I highly recommend her. She does a great job and takes pride in her quality of work.

Jenn is a very hard worker and communicates well regarding schedule, needs for the house, preferences for cleaners, etc. The price point is just a bit steep, but her effort and good product are worth it. I also like the flexibility she has in her schedule; she was able to accommodate us early the following week after we had to cancel on her scheduled day due to a plumbing problem in the house. Also, she did a very thorough job for the move-out cleaning and I know the new homeowners appreciated her good work.

Jennifer has been cleaning my office on a bi-weekly basis. She does a great job cleaning. She is flexible, and readily accomodates my schedule. She is punctual and efficient. She is very easy to work with and very personable. I have also had Jennifer do some filing and organizing of my office and she has done a great job at this as well. She is very quick and is a hard worker.

I began using Jennifer last summer and initially she did do a good job. Over time the quality of the clean became less consistent- sometimes the house would look good and other times things were missed. Recently she left me a note stating that the house wasn't staying clean enough between cleans and that she was having to spend additional time cleaning it. Unfortunately for her my alarm system recorded what time she arrived and left so I knew that to not be true. She wanted the house to be cleaner for her when she arrived. We already cleaned up all the clutter- there were no dishes, toys, clothes, etc. in her way. However, I did not go through and vacuum, mop, dust, etc. before she came. That was what I was paying her for! Her note was rude and very unprofessional. I can't recommend her.

Called to set up somewhat regular house cleaning. The first visit will be a few hours and more extensive. I didn't expect this and only left the regular biweekly amount we agreed on. After realizing the BIG cleaning that happened, we offered more but she didn't charge extra.

I called Jennifer based on her Angie's List reviews and she was able to meet me very quickly. After assessing the amount of work, she gave me a verbal quote and we made plans for her to come back in a couple of days. She worked all day and evening and we squared up the next day due to my schedule. The whole process went seamlessly.

Jennifer is very nice and professional. She called back promptly to schedule a time to come over to give an estimate. It was very smooth process and we scheduled a date for the first cleaning (2/22). Jennifer was gracious in offering to come over on the originally scheduled day even though there had been a winter storm with lots of ice. Cleaning rescheduled for 2/23 and she was on time and did a great job. My father was very happy with her work and we have engaged Jennifer for a regular monthly cleaning schedule.

We were incredibly happy with the cleaning. The new tenant had no complaints about the house. Even with an injured and booted foo,t she was able to help us at a very tumultuous time. We had our third child due in less than a month, were putting our home up as a rental property, moving, and several other life upheaval moments at the time. She made everything much easier. She is very dedicated and thorough. Everything shined and smelled great when she left.

She is my guardian angel, sent from heaven. She understands that I am on disability, and she always goes above and beyond. That is the kind of person she is. Sometimes, she doesn't even let me pay her because she knows what a hard time I have. I can't imagine my life without her! On a scale of A-F, i give everything an A! It's been a while, but I do remember the lady being very nice. My issue was that it was just too much work for one person to handle. I have a two story home and she was working alone. So, it wasn't the best quality because all she basically had time to do was brush the surface. She also got lost on her way. I had to go and meet her in the parking lot of a grocery store. So, I didn't get all of the time that I was supposed to get.

Jenny arrived in the morning and stayed all day. She is very detailed. Started in the front room, went to the bedrooms, bathrooms, then kitchen and dining room. She hit everything! The house looks wonderful! Can't wait until she comes again!

She was very thorough and did an excellent job. She got the well water stains out of my shower and commode. She was fast, efficient, and my house shined when she was finished. I know plan on having her come and clean my house every two weeks.

I was really happy with Jenny's services. I had made calls to other companies and she was the first to return my call. I contacted three total and only one other company returned my call, about 10 days later. Jenny had my house spic and span by then! She was professional from the start! I have pretty bad allergies and intolerances for heavy chemical cleaners and smells. I asked her to use the products that I had instead because of those issues. That was not a problem for her at all! She was very open to the idea and had no problem with it. She was willing to meet my needs, which is very important to me and my family. She arrived on time and did a great job. She was thorough with dusting and picked up things on the furniture. I didn't watch everything she was doing, but could tell that she did a great job after I went back through the house. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend her to my family and friends!
