Description of Work: the people who worked on our computer were nice, but not real communicative. They took our Microsoft Office programs off our computer without consulting with us. They put some other package on that I had never heard of before. Fortunately, My husband's cousin got us a deal on a new Microsoft Office package. I use it for my job, so it was a big deal to us. If we use them again, we will just make sure we are all communicating!
