Absolutely great. Chris and team have been extremely prompt and responsive from our initial contact forward. He has promptly remedied any issue we have had with the rental (which have been very few and very minor, i.e. a door knob replacement). He texts, answers his phone, replies to email... every point of communication has gone well.... So much so that we are resigning the lease for another year this week. I would definitely recommend the team to anyone that is looking to rent or buy in the Indianapolis area.

Chris was the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. Quick, thorough, informative, knowledgeable, accessible and extremely helpful. During the sale I was working out of town. Chris made arrangements and connections for me to have necessary services completed. The day the listing went "live", due to his presentation of my property, people requested showings immediately. The unit sold in ten days. Chris led me through all the details making the closing simple. Thankfully he was working on my behalf and contracted the moving dates to benefit me.

Chris was extremely easy to work with, professional and responsive. Any issue we had with the unit was addressed in 24 hours or less. The property we rented was in a great neighborhood and meticulously maintained. They even provided lawn care that was done every week. When we decided to get a dog, Chris had no problem and it was hassle free. I own my home now, but if I were still renting, would go out of my way to rent a property from CD Real Estate. I've had 6 landlords between 2007 and 2016 and Chris was by far the best.
