Brad Nelson and his company come out promptly and give you a quote. I had 3 patios doors installed in November and emailed him approximate time line for needing his help. He called and came out the day scheduled and did all the work.
Caulking is an art and all the staff at Caulking Specialists are true artists. Their caulk work is even, smooth and thorough. I have used them for the past 10 years for all my caulk work. Other contractors seeing my home have commented on the great job of caulking. They are efficient, professional and are very helpful. Brad has a wonderful company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was the first time we had used them. It went very well. They did a great job. I would use them again.

They did a nice job.  They not only caulked in the cracks in the concrete, but also around the entire porch where the concrete meets the house.  There was also quite a gap between the porch step and the concrete.  I was concerned with how it would look, but it looks very nice.  I would use them again.

Brad was very professional. He did the job the right way with no corners cut, which made it a little more pricey than other estimates. Paying for quality lasts longer. His crew showed up on time and did the job perfectly, including good clean-up.

It is an individual guy that someone gave my husband his name and my husband set the whole thing up. They were great. My husband didn't know all the technical information so the guy was nice when he came to do the work. My husband said that he was very pleased with the results. They did a good job of matching the caulking material with the driveway. We had rains, so they came out when they were originally scheduled, but then they had to leave and come back because it started raining. They did a really good job. I am sure that my husband would say the same thing. It was a lot less expensive than re-pouring the whole full section of the driveway. I don't think we had other quotes. Their price seemed very affordable. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. Hopefully we won't have any more cracks, but we definitely would use them again in the future if we needed to.

They were a great company. They gave the estimate quickly. They got out here and did what needed to be done. They guy who came out to do the required work did a little more than he what we needed for the same price.

This is a highly reputable company that is quality oriented, respectful, honest, kind, and accommodating in any way that they can. The office is in constant touch with their staff and came change times and dates at a drop of the hat when really needed.

THE FOLKS AT CAULKING SPECIALISTS ARE EXPERTS AT VERY DIFFICULT CAULKING AND SEALING APPLICATIONS. A LOT OF THEIR WORK IS IN COMMERCIAL SETTINGS WHERE GOOD SEALING IS OF VITAL IMPORTANCE. INITIALLY I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THEIR ABILITY TO TRANSLATE THEIR COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE INTO A RESIDENTIAL SETTING; BOY, WAS I WRONG. CAULKING SPECIALISTS DID AN ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC JOB AT OUR HOME. THEY WERE EXTREMELY NEAT, THOROUGH, AND THEIR FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS WONDERFUL. THE PRODUCT THEY APPLIED TO MY HOME WAS CUSTOM TINTED, SO IT MATCHED THE EXISTING PAINT ON THE WINDOW CASINGS PERFECTLY (I GAVE THEM A SMALL COLOR SAMPLE WHEN THEY QUOTED THE JOB). IF YOU HAVE TO CAULK MORE THAN 3 OR 4 WINDOWS AT YOUR HOME, YOU HAVE TO CALL CAULKING SPECIALISTS... YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID. BY THE WAY, BRADLEY NELSON, THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY, MISSED OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT FOR THE ESTIMATE, BUT HE FELT ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ABOUT THE OVERSIGHT AND HE GAVE ME 10% OFF THE TOTAL PRICE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
