I have discontinued services. They took care of two cats and one of them was sick most of last year and they really didn't pick up on it and he had to be euthanized in December and it was a really poor experience. I would probably tell a friend or family member they could probably do better with another vet.

Very well! Our cat is well taken care of and the veterinarians and staff are very knowledgeable.

Great. They fit me in last minute on a Friday evening. Found the issue and my kitten is feeling much better.

They have been very good. They were fine. What stood out to me was that they specialize in cats.

That’s the only place I know that only works with cats.  They’re personable and I think they are skilled. However, they seem to be a little expensive.

They were very professional, no waiting, friendly n caring. They took their time explain everything to make sure I understood n did not rush the appointment. Very clean n comfortable office n nice staff.

We appreciate the good care we get there. We have been taking my pets there over twenty years and think very highly of them.

We moved here from KY and didn't know were to go when we found the Cat Care Clinic. It is awesome and the one cat who has already been there, seemed really at ease and loved it. They let her loose in the room and she wasn't pinned up. They took us right in and discussed what they were going to do. She needed dental work really bad and they did a great job with her, Plus gave her, her shots and completely shaved her down, clipped her toe nails, checked her sugar cause it sometimes runs high. They did everything and we have had cats for years and in KY we would have paid close to twice that. We are taking all three cats back for shots and check ups and hair cuts and nail trimming this Wed. We love that there are no dogs and it is cats only. We love all animals but with no dogs the cats are just so much more at ease. Dr. Moran is really great. She came out and got Ruthie and rubbed on her and loved her and we thought that was great. Shows they really love animals and just don't seem to be there cause they have to, they want to be there and love what they do. Thank you to Ladonna, Dr. Moran and the whole staff. You guys rock!

My cat quickly developed a tumor or infection of her chin. I easily got an appointment for the Cat Care Clinic the next day. Everyone was great! The staff are very pleasant and caring. The place is spotless. Dr Moran did a great job of diagnosing and treating Lucy's infection. Lucy is now almost back to normal. The staff called to check on her twice since the appointment. They saved her life! Thanks very much.

It is nice as it is cat only. The best thing is that the clinic and boarding facility is the same locaion. They know our cats' medical history. Perfect.

They do a highly satisfactory job. I have been taking my cats to them for about 25 years.

They seem very dedicated. I like them and they always call the next day to follow up; they are different from other vets.

They will even tell you to call them when it's not work hours. They are really great. It's very clean.

The care there is first rate. He is really good. The staff are all cat people. The facility is spotless. They are stocked well. Their prices are in line with everyone else's. They are just super people.

It was super- they needed extra care as they both had bladder infections that I did not know about. They called to explain the charges beforehand - it would have been less costly to feed them pills, but I choose to let them have the shots. They looked very cute after their baths too. They had to be on a special diet and that was explained well. When they got home, Priscilla, the tabby was really upset, she did not like the shots and was out of sorts. I called the clinic and the Dr reassured me that she would be fine if I kept her calm. She was fine the next night. The clinic called to check on them often. Chloe had some beginning gum disease and they took care of that too. I felt terrible in the fact that if they had not run the urine test to discover the infection, how much more pain they would have suffered- it could have ended up in a real emergency situtation. They are all fine now.

The facility is clean and the entire staff are very caring to the cat and the cat owner.

I called the Clinic after coming home and finding my kitty Nala very sick with loose bloody stools. She was barely responsive. Dr. Howell answered the phone and was closing for the night.He asked me how quick I could get Nala to the Clinic and that they would be waiting for me. Upon my arrival Dr. Howell took Nala to the back and began working on her. He gave her IV fluid, Vitamin B-12 injection some charcoal type stuuff down her mouth. All of this was a flurry of activity in a few minutes. He also had cleaned her up from the mess she was in. He said we would just have to wait till the AM to see if the treatment had worked. I called early the next morning and Nala was much better with no more stools.I was off work that day so I went and picked her up so I could could be with her all day. She got stronger daily and is now back to normal. I don't really know how she got so sick. She may have gotten into the neighbors garage that has rat poisoning. I was a mess to say the least when I arrived at the Clinic. However. the quick response and care from Dr. Howell did put me at ease. He was very efficient and kind to me and my Nala. I would strongly recommend the Cat Care Clinic to everyone. I have been a client for over 10 years. The Clinic is the only place for my beloved Kittys.

Despite receiving the worst of news, that my 18 year old cat's kidneys were non-functioning and she has a short time to live, I was highly impressed with the care and service received. The entire staff was very friendly. The doctor took his time to explain thoroughly the situation and the meaning of the blood levels and how they affect the body. I will definitely use them again and recommend you do too.

When I went to my last visit, Dr. Seibert helped with my cat's gingivitis. She gave my cat a shot and improved his overall dental care. They put him under anesthesia and cleaned his teeth and gums. Also, Dr. Howell is very well read and knows what he is talking about. He is like a teacher when a patient comes in. He will explain in easy language what is going on with the cat. He is pricey, but does not perform any services they do not need.

I brought my kitty in for her annual checkup. I arrived for my appointment and within about two minutes was in the exam room. The vet checked her heart, checked at her records and determined that she needed her teeth cleaned. To my surprise, they were able to do the teeth cleaning while I waited, saving my kitty and me lots of stress. I didn't have to bring her early in the morning, drop her off, return to pick her up. The dental cleaning only took about 15 minutes and I was back home in less than an hour. My kitty is acting perfectly normal. I would never know that she had anesthesia and her teeth cleaned earlier today.

I have gone to this clinic for the past 27 years. They will work with you on a payment plan. They will give you a multiple pet discount. The level of quality has stayed the same. They will give you referrals. They will call to find out the answer if that do not know it. They go above and beyond what you expect. They have good hours and are open Saturdays. They board cats. You can adopt kittens here. They are up front about costs and they give you options. They called me every hour during my pets treatment.
