Jon Porter arrived on time, went right to work and was finished tuning in about an hour. The piano sounded wonderful after he was done. I have used Jon for many years and will continue being a repeat customer.

My piano was very over due for tuning. I had hired Jon many years ago whenever it needed to be tuned and hoped he was still in business. He arrived on time, inquired about my current use of the piano and went straight to work. When the work was finished, he told me of the option for work on the hammers, which would result in a more mellow tone. He said the this was a matter of personal preference as opposed to a needed repair. There was no pressure, he suggested. I thought about it and if I wanted it done. He quoted a reasonable price and told me how long it would take. He is pleasant, professional and does good work.

Jon is a consummate professional. He gets right to work and works deliberately until the piano is tuned beautifully.
