Once again, Jon did a nice job. Showed up on time. Professional, courteous, friendly. Took his time and got my piano sounding very good. I will ask Jon to visit again for tuning in 2019.

Everything went well - piano had not been tuned for decades and some keys did not always sound so I was very pleased with the results.

Very satisfied customer. Jon Porter was able to stop at my house at a convenient time for me, was prompt and polite. Jon got right to it and my ears are definitely noticing the difference in my piano. I will be contacting Jon the next time my piano needs tuning.

He has been my piano tuner for many, many years. I have no complaints of any kind. He's easy to get along with. He's an excellent tuner. I can't find nothing bad at all to say. The work was fine, as usual. My interaction with him was very pleasant. It was fine. I think the price was fine. I know that others might charge more but I'm sure that others charge less. He has been at that price for a few years now. I think it's quite reasonable.

Mr. Porter arrived on time, finished in a timely manner, was friendly and professional and was able to schedule the appointment within a very reasonable time frame. And he did a great job cleaning and tuning the piano.

Jon Porter was on time and very reasonably priced. He was very polite, nice and professional. He told us he would be there for approx. one hour and was here one hour and five minutes.

Jon has been tuning my piano for several years and has always done a wonderful job for a fair price. Along with being consistently dependable, he is very knowledgeable and has a great ear. He always comes out in a timely manner and is very professional and personable. He also has done repair work on my piano (pedals, etc.), as needed.
