THE STORE HOURS ARE INCONVENIENT, AND THERE IS ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE (OWNER)IN THE STORE AT ANY TIME. THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT VERY INFORMATIVE OR HELPFUL WHEN I ADVISED I WAS IN SEARCH OF GOLD COINS FOR A GIFT. THE INCORRECT GIFT BOX WAS GIVEN, AND NO CERTIFICATES WERE GIVEN. UNFORTUNATELY, I DIDN'T KNOW TO ASK FOR THIS INFORMATION BEFORE THE PURCHASE. THE GOLD PRICE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MARKET, BUT I FOUND OUT LATER A 'MARK UP' OF AN UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT WAS ADDED TO THE PRICE OF THE COIN. NO CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED, EITHER, WHICH LEAVES THE CUSTOMER CARRYING A LARGE AMOUNT OF CASH INTO THE STORE.

IT MAY HAVE HELPED THE PROCESS THAT THE COINS HAD BEEN SORTED AND INVENTORIED BEFORE HE GOT HERE - AND WE HAD A LITTLE BIT OF AN IDEA WHAT THEY WERE WORTH FROM SOME COIN BOOKS.
