INSTALLED IMITATION WOOD FLOORING. MEMBERS TOOK DAY OFF WORK TO BE HOME. WORKERS CAME AND SAID COULDN'T INSTALL WHEN RAINING. FINALLY INSTALLED WEEKS LATER. COMPANY PROMISED $100 DISCOUNT FOR INCONVENIENCE. NEVER RECEIVED IT.
