I had asked for mid-grade carpet, and Carpet Values installed apartment-grade carpet that has worn terribly and has no stain protection. They were extremely non-responsive when I called to see if they could rectify this situation. We had used them previously, and we were pleased with their installation and the quality of the carpet. Currently, where it stands is that they have offered to give us a discount on re-doing these bedrooms, but we may be remodeling so it wouldn't be worth investing in new carpet at this point. We most likely won't use them for our remodel.
