Shopping was easy.  Installation went smoothly and the new carpet looks very nice.

At the office, Scottie provided excellent service, showing us options and understanding our needs. The carpet we purchased was a great buy, and should wear well on our basement steps.
The installers who came to my house were prompt, friendly yet professional, and did a great job. They were also very efficient, and completed the job quickly.
I'm extremely happy with the service I received, and I will go here first for other flooring needs.

Visited the showroom and was shown some indoor/outdoor carpet that had just arrived. It was the perfect color and style for the space and the price was very reasonable. Placed the order set a date and everything went smooth with the install until the humidy shot up that evening. The carpet buckled very severly and the room was unusable. I called them imediately and they sent someone the same night to take a look. This was a new brand of carpet for them and they had not seen this result before so they called the manufacturer and explained what had happened and the manufacturer described to them how to correct. The carpet was reinstalled the next morning and it turned out absoluting perfect. The sales, service and installation went very well and I would highly recommend.

They were prompt, quick, clean, and professional. The prices were reasonable, they have a small selection but they had exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this service provider to other members.

Gary brought by color samples for us to choose from. He came to get measurements of the rooms. He precut the carpet so that he could be in and out quickly since we had several contractors working here on the same day. They do not have the largest selection of carpets, but they do have the best prices in town. I will use them again next year when we finish our basement.
