It went well and they actually did more work on my shower but charged the same price that was originally quoted.

This is now the second job I've had done with this company within a month. Just like their previous work, the guttering was done great. The workers were quick and efficient and I would have never known anyone was there with the exception of our gutters looking significantly better.

I really appreciate that I can trust this crew to come work on my home without me being there so I don't have to take any time off work. I'm looking forward to using them again for whatever house work we get done this year.

Yancey, the owner, is by far the best person you could ever dream to work with. Not only is he incredibly courteous and warm hearted, but he's very knowledgeable about his craft and explains himself in a meticulous manner. He was able to detail everything that needed done with regards to the roof in a way I could understand.

His crew showed up bright and early Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM sharp and did not waste anytime to get to work. They were quick to begin tearing off the old shingles and shortly after, it was explained to me that it was discovered our home had 3 layers of shingles, which would slow the process. I personally, had nothing against this, but Yancy was unduly apologetic that the roof wouldn't be finished until the following day. The crew worked through the day and didn't wrap up until sunset.

The next day, the crew was back bright and early around the same time and were again, quick to jump on the roof and get to work. Everyone on the crew was incredibly kind and hard working and the project manager, Bob, was very kind as well. They always kept me up to date on the project and let me know as soon as they were finished. In fact, I had to run out for about an hour as they were finishing up and by the time I got back, not only were they already gone, but they had cleaned up to the point you wouldn't have known they were here! They had even taken the time to run a magnetic through our driveway to make sure there were no stray nails. Carpenter's attention to detail is impeccable!

My roof looks amazing and I'm so excited to continue renovating my house. I will keep Carpenter involved with the continued renovations and I will be having them out again soon to replace some doors and fix a gutter or two. I honestly look forward to working with Yancey and his crew as long as I own this home.

Yancey Carpenter returned my call requesting an estimate promptly. He also arrived on time to discuss the job. The price he quoted me was very fair.
When it was time to do the work, he and his workers arrived when they'd said they would be there. They were all very courteous and careful not to hurt any items on the ground (picnic table, children's toys, etc.).
The work on the roofs, gutters, soffits could not have been more professionally done. They completed the entire job in the 2 days Yancey had said they would need.
When Carpenter Home Improvements left my property, the yard was thoroughly cleaned of all construction debris.

Everything went fine with Carpenter Home Improvements. Their prices were reasonable. The work that they did has been great. We didn't have any problems or issues. They were completely professional.

The job was completed in a very timely manner and they cleaned up the work area quite well. The day after the gutters were installed, we had a heavy downpour and there were no gutter leaks. When replacing the roof on the mini barn, they found that part of the wood was in bad shape. They replaced the wood and didn't charge us extra for that.

We were doing a remodel in the house and the owner "Yancey" came out with us and answered all of our questions. They were punctual and professional and extremely honest. Yancey was on the job site daily and made us feel confident in the quality of work being accomplished. We recommend this company to anyone that is looking to remodel their home, but wants honest quality work done without the typical run around you get from general contractors.
