We have scheduled them for our next trip as well.

I booked it ahead of time. I showed up at the airport after my flight and went down and the limo was ready. I use someone else now.

I had scheduled a ride to the Indianapolis Airport from Westfield at 3am on a Friday. The driver did not arrive until 3:15am. He stated that he should have arrived at our house at 2:45am per their protocol but was not informed to head to our house until far too late.

We had great service. They were here when they said they'd be. Got us to the airport on time. Slight wait when we returned but took us home quickly.

I use Carey for around 10 roundtrips a year between my home in Carmel and the Indianapolis airport, for business trips. Carey is absolutely reliable, which is a big issue if the pick-up is at 4:15 a.m. and, if the limo doesn't show up, the alternatives like waking my spouse to take me to the airport are not nice. I have taken it for granted, but during Indy 500 race weekend I needed to call another provider, since Carey was absolutely booked. And...the other provider did not show for the reservation! I got no answer after leaving two messages on the voicemail. So the implication is, I need to make sure to reserve Carey well in advance. It is no wonder to me that they are very popular.

Service provider, Carey,  did not show up! Per there representative via telephone, the Carey company unilaterally changed pickup to a later time (this later time was after the flight took off).

 Travelers drove personal cars to airport in order to make the flight.

Carey has offered nothing for the problem caused by this.

Arrived at the beginning of the 15 min. pickup time. Came quickly when called to tell them I had arrived at the airport. Very courteous.

My interaction with the office in my phone calls was very professional and impressive. The limo party bus arrived as requested. The driver was clueless about where he was to drive. He did not appear to have access to any GPS information. He was not a hospitable host, just a driver. The limo party bus was punctual and a good choice of vehicles for our 16 member bridal party. I had requested the bus be stocked with bottles of water. It was not offered, so I don't know if it was or not.

Excellent. This was a pick up of a relative who needed to attend a function downtown. The time between the arrival of the flight and the start of the venue was 35 minutes. The driver needed to wait while the passenger made a quick change of clothes in the airport restroom to be appropriately dressed for the occasion. The driver was patient, courteous and friendly toward this passenger and they made it to the venue in excellent time. Good job Carey Limousine.

They were on time and very friendly. The driver and I had a good conversation on the way to the airport!

They came out and picked up my wife and I. They were great and the service was punctual. The pricing was moderate and we had an overall good experience.

I've always had good response from them. If you share the service, the price is around $250 to go to the airport. They were always on time, always friendly, always nice, and did good driving.

I had an excellent experience with Carey Indiana.
I booked the reservations online using the company's website. I had an issue with the way the tip was calculated. I thought I was entering the amount for the total of both legs, but the site applied the amount to each leg instead, basically doubling the amount of the gratuity that I intended. I was able to call the company, and the person I spoke with quickly resolved the issue without fuss.
The driver arrived on time at 4:30am on the morning of my departure. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition, and the driver was friendly and professional.
My flight back home two weeks later was delayed in Atlanta. I called the company to let them know, and they reassured me that the dispatcher monitors the flights for such schedule changes. My driver was waiting for me upon my return, and again the vehicle was in excellent condition, and again the driver was friendly and professional. He even offered me a bottle of water, mints, and a cell phone charger.
I would use Carey Indiana again, and I would definitely recommend them.
