Capitol Painting

This was June 2018, just realized I hadn’t updated. The team replaced every fixture of every door and every light. They painted every wall and ceiling and worked with the carpet team to coordinate so both were efficient. Had two major accidents from another vendor with water on the second floor and my backing into the garage. The capital team fixed both issues for me without issue and you couldn’t tell either had happened. They really made the house look fresh and new. We sold the day we listed above asking price.

We purchased a home that was almost what we wanted, just needed and office in the front and a few rooms changed. David's team came highly recommended by ny realtor having used his services on many other homes so I admit my expectations were high. The great part is David and his team met those expectations and more. We had an "open" downstairs turned into a nice office, study, and family room and the work looks like it was built that way. The painting in all the rooms was clean and professional. You can tell they do this a lot. Capitol is currently working on our old home to prepare it to sell, I'll review that much larger project after they finish. Based on their work to date, I expect that review to be great as well.

I was very pleased with David and his crew. As a part of the service Capitol Painting provides, they power washed the ENTIRE house, not just the trim. Very nice benefit. David and his crew showed up on the scheduled day and stayed with it until the job was done. It took a crew of about 6 painters 14 hours to complete the job. David was on site most of the time to supervise his crew. The prep work was very well done, as was the painting. The crew cleaned up when they were done, put everything back, and left everything as they found it. All in all, Capitol Painting did a very nice job. Well organized, hard working polite crew. I would use them again and recommend them.

David and his crew were very attentive to my requests, cleaned up after each day, and did a wonderful job on everything! I would not hesitate to call on Capitol Painting again. This was my first experience with home repairs by a contractor, and it was a pleasant experience overall. David responded quickly to phone calls and emails, so any questions I had along the way were dealt with in a timely manner.

DAVID AND HIS WORKERS ARE GREAT. EXCELLENT WORK AND CLEANUP. HE MAKES SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. VERY FAIR ON PRICE. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.

David, who owns the company, was highly recommended by other people. They are very efficient and do a great job with their work. David stays on site and watches the crew rather than let them go. They are excellent.
