Great. Waited only about 10 mins for them to cut the pads. They also carried them out to my car.

I don't like them. The carpet showed the seam. They did come back and put the same kind of carpeting, ripped it up and came back. Still, I had the seam. I called them and told them I still saw that seam and it looks like there's a ridge in it. They sent their troubleshooter out here to look at it. He was very nice. He said that my carpet really shouldn't look like that and said he would tell them at the store. The store owner called me and said that he had found it satisfactory and it was the way the light was showing on it that made it look like it had a ridge. The seam is very evident. I did not like that. You can go in there with a candle and see the ridge. It's there. I did not like them. They responded but in the end said I was going to have a ridge there and that's just the way it is.

We felt like we got a great price from them.

I was very happy. They had rugs that fit my taste in every price range. They really worked with me to help me find the right one.

The sales person loaned us several rugs to compare at our home. The sales person ordered in our sized rugs and did a prompt follow up.

Capel allowed us to bring several home and see if they worked. That is a nice service.

The store, and their selection, is absolutely outstanding. Other carpet and flooring stores we looked at had catalogs, or small square samples, but Capel had the full carpets hanging for easy viewing. The only negative were some of the employees. Really, the 3rd person we dealt with made it seem she wished we would take our business elsewhere. Definitely left a sour taste in our mouths. The other 2 individuals we dealt with were very pleasant, even to the point of writing up the sale after closing time. Final negative comment is for some reason they do not know how to cut the padding to the right size. They sell 8x10 padding, so had to cut it down to fit the 7x9 carpet we purchased. The first time they cut 6x9 - we did not realize until we got it home. We took it back (this is when the snooty employee was encountered), cut a new one, and it ended up 7 x 9 3/4. So I had to cut it correctly myself.

Very helpful and allowed us to purchase rugs and return them if we didn't like the way they looked.

THEY WERE HELPFUL WHEN I NEEDED TO RETURN A RUG, THERE WERE NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY HAVE A WIDE RANGE OF AREA RUGS WHICH ARE DISPLAYED SO THAT YOU CAN TAKE A LOOK AT EACH ONE. THEIR STAFF ARE HELPFUL.
