Brook was very flexible with my thoughts and desires, and also with our ever changing timeline. The glass looks amazing and his guys were really nice when they came to install.

Brook is easy to work with.  Because we live fairly nearby, he came over to our house and gave us an estimate.  He stayed after hours to do so. 
He gave us an exact quote and told us about the work he would do.  He built the replacement front window (18" x 18" grid of 16 leaded glass windows) that looks EXACTLY like the original window; finished it a week earlier than promised, installed it - couldn't have asked for a better job.  (I'd give them an "A" on price, but leaded glass work is SO expensive. 
Unlike Fox Studios, he is happy to do work AT YOUR HOUSE, which is wonderful!

Very well - responded quickly, due to storms there was some delay unavoidable, worked around our schedule. The only person we found who was willing to take this project on. We wanted to preserve our original door and match our sidelights and he accomplished that. Very satisfied.

This is the company of a customer's dreams. When I first called Clare and described the problem she was concerned that my door and sidelights might not really be leaded glass. Since Fox Studios is 2 1/2 hours away, she was careful not to have to charge me for a trip that wound up not being able to do anything for me. She had me take pictures and email them to her. After a couple of conversations, a written estimate, and some excellent advice from her, I decided to go ahead and and quot;take the riskand quot; that the doors would not be and quot;fixableand quot; and have them come to look at them. Originally I was only going to have a center panel and the sidelights completed.
The craftsman who came and took the panels out of my door, Brook, confirmed that the doors were, in fact, leaded glass and could be rebuilt. He was incredibly careful not to damage the wood molding that had to be removed from around each section. I knew there was a risk, and one piece did split at the top. He took that back to the shop and fixed it so that I can't even tell it happened.
When Brook returned and installed the center piece and the sidelights, they looked so beautiful that the rest of the door looked awful and I had him go ahead and remove those pieces, take them back to Indy, and have them fixed as well. My goal had been to have my door completed by Christmas. Things were going beautifully until the weather intervened, making travel (5 hours round trip) dangerous on the planned installation day. Clare called and told me that Brook had offered to take a week day off and work on Saturday to get the panels installed for me.
As the original work had been, these panels were also beautifully done. Everything from beginning to end with Clare was one of the most professional experiences I have ever had with a company. They are true artisans, craftsmen, and professionals. My once beautiful, unique door is now beautiful again. Thank you Clare, Brook, and Fox Studios for a wonderful experience.

I spent around $3,500. I was very happy with them from start to finish. I liked the design of the window. Clare, who I think is the president of the company, worked with me on the design, picking out the glass. She was great; she really knew her stuff. The installation was very good as well. I will use this company again in the future.

They did a great job. They were fantastic. They were on time and worked very quickly. The price was very fair. Actually, the owner of the studio came out the day we called her and did the evaluation and they were really fantastic. Our house is close to the studio. We would definitely recommend them to others. I think we spent around $250. We would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

So far, I guess the window is alive. We haven't heard from them. We told her we weren't in a big hurry. I'm sure they'll get it fixed. They have been in business for over 40 years. They are very professional. Their customer service has been good. They were very cordial. The lady was very knowledgeable. She gave us a lot of pointers for saving money. I'm sure she saved us quite a bit of money.

Everything went according to plan. They were ontime, professional and did a great job.

It is pretty. They have a showroom. We went to a couple of other places. They drew a design and we liked it so we went with them. There was one little change my husband made in the design and they ended up charging us a little extra but that was consistent with what they had told us ahead of time. It was intimidating because we had never commissioned a work of art before and it is lovely and they really did a good job.

I think they were pretty booked but once we got an appointment they were prompt and the price was reasonable. Their work was wonderful.

They did the service fine.

Claire is awesome to work with and is great about explaining everything. They were great about using the old glass when they were able to and explaining why they could not if new glass needed to be used. They also allow you to visit their shop while they are working on your windows. Claire's staff is also very friendly and great to work with.

THIS UNIQUE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER IN A PROVEN PARTNERSHIP WITH A COMPANY THAT DID THE WINDOW REMOVAL AND REINSTALLING BRINGING THE STRENGTH OF EACH COMPANY TO THE APPROPRIATE WORK TASK. A FIXED PRICE CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY EXTRAS WAS VERY EQUITABLY EXECUTED AND PROGRESS PAYMENTS SPREAD THE CASH FLOW FAIRLY AS WELL. QUESTIONS AND ON SITE INSPECTION TO DEVELOP THE QUOTE WAS VERY PROFESSIONALLY DONE.

I HAD FOX STUDIOS CREATE GLASS INSETS FOR CABINETS IN MY FAMILY ROOM TO TRY TO MATCH LEADED GLASS IN MY FRONT DOOR THAT LEADS INTO THAT ROOM. THEIR SALES PERSON/ DESIGNER WORKED CAREFULLY WITH ME MATCHING BOTH THE DESIGN AND GLASS TYPE. I FOUND THEM VERY RESPONSIVE TO PHONE MESSAGES AND IT WAS NOT DIFFICULT TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS BOTH FOR THE DESIGN WORK AND FOR PICKING UP THE FINAL WORK.
