HE WAS A LITTLE DISHONEST ABOUT TELLING US HOW THE WORK WOULD PROGRESS. THEY WERENT ON TIME TO BEGIN THE WORK AND HE DIDNT COME OUT PRIOR TO THE WORK BEGINNING AS HE HAD SAID. THINGS WERE NOT COVERED AS STATED AND THERE WAS OVERAGE AND SPLATTER. THEY DID ALL THIS SANDING, WHICH MADE THE AIR WHITE WITH DUST, THEN THEY STARTED PAINTING WHILE THE DUST WAS STILL IN THE AIR. THE WORKERS WERE GOOD, BUT THE ATTITUDE OF THE OWNER AND HIS FOLLOW THROUGH WERE POOR. WE HAD TO STAY WITH HIM AND KEEP CHECKING UP ON THE WORK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS GOING TO BE OK. WE WOULD NOT USE HIM AGAIN.

REQUIRES CONSTANT SUPERVISION TO MAKE SURE JOB IS DONE RIGHT. CLEAN UP AFTER JOB WAS NOT SATISFACTORY.

VERY HELPFUL WITH COLOR SELECTION; DID SOME EXTRAS LIKE RE-HANGING SLIDING DOORS THAT WERE OFF TRACK.
