I hired Benton Wiegel to lay down mulch from Tiffiany's, two large loads of Forest Fine from his 10' x 16' hydraulic lift hauler. It was a huge amount and he was done in two days. He has all the tools and equipment he needs. He helped last fall on leaf clean-up here on Haverway Farm; so my expectation were high. He has run his own landscaping company for two or three years. He's been going to and is graduating from Purdue this spring after only 3 years; when he is not working. He wants to get his company on its feet. He enjoys what he does and has achieved. I have found him to be self directed, hard working, intelligent, and honest.. I am not an effective boss, so the less direction I need to give; the better. He works hard and finishes the job. He is well spoken and polite, which means a lot to me. I will definitely hire him again. To serve his customers most efficiently, its best you live North of Kessler, around Westfield (or in that area). Township Line Road to the west and north to 96th (or close to there).
