They were okay. There were a couple of things, but it wasn't their fault exactly, I just had different needs. It took a while.

I've been very satisfied with those people. I've purchased two cars from them.

With Toyota, the first 2 years of service on routine items is included in your purchase price. I think it's 2 years or 24000 miles, probably whichever comes first. 

I was really pleasantly surprised with the service. Particularly, the service manager was outstanding I thought. The work seemed to be fine, it was just routine maintenance. We had no problems when we went in and haven't had any problems since. They are pretty efficient and responsive in scheduling the appointment. When I arrived, I had a short wait but not an excessive wait. I was very impressed with the service manager and the service technician. 

They are also the most convenient for us in terms of physical distance from where we live.

They did a horrible job. My battery was so corroded that it wouldn't even start the next day. 

I called them and the lady on the other line told me that the battery wasn't covered in that check list. There was battery acid running down everywhere. I also asked for them to replace wind shield wipers which didn't get done during my check.  

I asked if they could send someone out to replace my battery and they said no. I ended up having to use a wire brush to get the battery out. 

Not only didn't they service it properly they damaged my car. I would never go back there.

I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from this dealership and the entire experience was great. As always, the service was great.  I wasn't there for longer than anticipated and the job was done well.  I was advised that I needed new tires and was given some options.  I've decided to go with an outside company for the tires to save some money but I would highly recommend Butler Toyota-Scion for any service needs.  They've always been open and honest with the needs of my Scion.  This is my second car I've purchased from them and I will continue to go with them for vehicle purchases and service.
