Mr. Bussell discussed what he was going to do and commenced work shortly after his arrival. He was very direct and detailed in his work, taking his time to make sure it was correct and rechecking it. He performed the work in a professional manner. He was to arrive at 9:30 am. At approximately 9:15 am, he called to let me know he was on his way but would be about 15 minutes late. The fact that he cared enough to call me was impressive. I had read many reviews on Mr. Bussell, prior to contacting him. I can state, without a doubt, that he measured up to all of the quality things that were mentioned in the reviews. He is a professional in every sense and I definitely intend to use him for all future piano tuning. I know I can trust him and will get the best piano tuning possible. I have used other piano tuners and feel that Mr. Bussell tops them all. I highly recommend him.

The tuning went extremely well. There were no problems. But pianos should be tuned at least every 6 months so I will call him sometime during February 2016.

I have used Bussell Piano service exclusively for the past 12 years. I am responsible for not only my personal piano, but for my church grand, too. He treats every piano as if it is his own. Every time he services an instrument, he seems to throw in a couple little "freebies" (things he could EASILY justify charging for!) I am a professional, and, frankly, picky musician. I expect my piano to actually improve with age. Under Robert's masterful hand, this is a reality. I can't say enough about his expertise. His tunings hold, his knowledge of the workings of a piano are unmatched. He's certified by the Yamaha piano corp.! If he is booked solid (not uncommon), it's worth waiting a few weeks, if necessary, to have Bussell Piano Service take care of your investment.

VOICING IS A PROCESS TO MAKE ALL KEYS HAVE THE SAME TONE QUALITY. HE IS CURTIOUS ENOUGH TO CALL BECAUSE HE WAS RUNNING LATE. THE TUNING AND VOICING TOOK AN 1 & 1/2 HOURS. HE IS VERY THOROUGH, METICULOUS AND HAS A GOOD EAR. HE CHARGES $80 FOR THE TUNE AND $10 FOR VOICE.
