Bob was awesome, he was punctual, professional, and he went the extra mile. Even after tuning, he knew it didn’t sound right, he had my husband hold a light, while he looked and looked to see what the problem was. Finally found a pencil that somehow got in the piano. But I appreciate him going the extra mile like that. Now we can really hear the difference in the sound. And he only charged an extra $10 for all that.

Bob promptly as scheduled, and did a fantastic job tuning my piano! He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. After tuning my piano, he gave me a verbal report as to the condition of the piano in general. Would definitely recommend. In fact, I am going to call my next door neighbor as soon as I finish this to give her Bob's name and number.

The first thing he noticed was that the legs were not installed correctly and the piano could have fallen anytime - they were also not locked in. So rather than telling me I needed to hire a professional piano mover to properly set up the piano, he worked on it and we were able to straighten out the legs and get them properly locked and installed correctly. The piano tuning process was very quick and my piano sounds great. There were 2 charges - 1 for the installation of the pedals and legs and then the piano tuning. It had been 15-20 years since the piano had been tuned. Tuning was $170 and the installation/repair of legs was $75. $20 off for Angie's List Coupon

Bob Bussell is a master of his craft. There's no doubt about it. I met him 15 years ago when he was then working for Meridian Music, and he has become one of the state's finest piano technicians.

Bob came out to tune an almost 30 year old piano. I got it for free on Craigslist so I wasn't sure of the condition of the internals or the quality. He had to do a pitch raise along with a tune. He was very thorough and also answered every question I had about the piano. The piano now sounds great and I believe it will be in the family for years to come.

Excellent experience. Was able to schedule within a week at a time that fit into my work schedule. Mr Bussell gave me the the price over the phone based on the type of piano I had and the years since it was tuned. He showed up exactly on time. It took him about 45 minutes to complete the job and the charge was 20$ less than he quoted as he gives a discount to Angie's List members.
