+ -1 morePurchased a keyboard tray back in 2009 from Business Furniture, but was not able to get full articulation because of the desk design (purchased elsewhere). After a few years of this, contacted Business Furniture to find a reasonable solution. Because it took us some time to find the product number (not on the unit), it was difficult to properly relay our request at first. Finally got the right information with the right person, and we got a very good solution. Perfectly happy with the result.
Description of Work: Measured, prepared, and installed a shim piece to enable full function of our ergonomic keyboard tray.
