HE WANTED TO GO DOWN TO THE BASEMENT TO TURN OFF THE WATER. WHEN HE TURNED THE KNOB IT SPRINKLED HIM. HE WASN'T TOO HAPPY ABOUT IT. AFTER HE WORKED ON THE VANITY, HE GAVE ME A BILL AND I PAID. I WENT UPSTAIRS AND REALIZED THAT HE HAD GOTTEN WATER ALL OVER MY BATHROOM FLOOR. HE DIDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I THOUGHT HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE COURTEOUS BY TELLING ME ABOUT THE WATER ON THE FLOOR. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY BAD BUSINESS. I WAS SHOCKED.

HE WAS VERY GOOD, VERY PROMPT. HE CAME BACK TWO OR THREE TIMES TO CHECK ON THINGS AND GET THE JOB DONE. HE EVEN GAVE ME A SENIOR DISCOUNT.
