quality of the pool was good. Needed to replace the pool heater and Burke's price was too high. I asked if he would matter the price and was hung up on. The owner Jeff Burke is very hard to deal with and that's putting it mildly.

They were supposed to put my own chemicals in pool while on vacation. I get home and have 6 gallons of chlorine left. 12 gallons were gone and my neighbor used two--boxes and bottles were both gone when got home. I saw on my bill I was charged for 10 gallons chlorine and soda ash. I did not have soda ash so that cost was fine. However, I was charged $63.50 for chlorine that I did have and that they used. After three calls of which I was called back only once-(owner/manager would never talk to me)-I was told the guys couldn't find chlorine so they didn't use mine, but they found the other chemicals. They had to walk right past the chlorine to get to the other chemicals. My neighbor had to put 2 bottles chlorine in as pool was turning. When questioned neighbor if they disposed of rest of chlorine bottles that were gone they said no they didn't see them. Someone is lying to company as I was charged for chlorine that I provided. They still owe me $63.50.

The work was great. I like that they were prompt. They told us when they were coming. They came and did what they said they were going to do. They have done a good job with it. I think their price was fine compared to the other companies.

Clay, the service technician, is a wizard. Innovative and efficient.

The service has always turned out fine.

They are very good. They don't leave you hanging--they call you back right away. They are very efficient and really well organized. They take care of any problems very promptly. The cost is worth it--it saves the frustration of messing with those pool issues yourself.

They keep the pool pristine. The men are friendly. Anytime there is somthing to fix, they do a really good job fixing it and it lasts a long time.

Overall, the process took longer than hoped, however, we are very pleased with the results. Burke Pools installed equipment powerful enough to propel water through the jets with a fairly forceful stream. And the skimmer actually seems to skim. We haven't had an inground spa before, however, we had an in ground pool at our last home. The equipment used for this renovated spa is very much like our pool equipment. After reading about the lack of power with in ground spas versus free standing spas, we were prepared for minimal jet action, however, this equipment seems to really push water.
We are satisfied with the work and hope to have many years of use for our investment.

Burke Poll Company recommends the use of another company called "Aquatic Enclosures" for the care of my automatic cover. They are also very good and reliable. I have always wondered if this company is also owned by Jeff Burke because it has the same mailing address. I just have never asked Jeff when I see him.

I pay about $400 a month for full service; he does whatever you need. He has been in business for a long time, he is very efficient and organized, and he knows the business well. The crew is very good and they are on top of things. They tell you what needs to be done or repaired and they make sure it happens. You don't have to keep after them, they are the ones reminding you.

Overall, the service went very well. I just liked all the people who work for him; the owner was very honest. I think it is a good company as well. The weekly maintenance is very good throughout the summer, shutting the gate and putting the electric pool cover on as we have smaller children, is something I appreciate.

They are very professional ,friendly and nice to have around. When they are here anything that needs doing gets taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone.

Owner has poor communication skills and lack of follow through on commitments.

The company did not clean the pool cover like they said, they would. I had them out a second time to vacuum as they didn't get it all the first time. They did not reconnect the chlorinator, I had a pump missing. They sent us an invoice, we paid on the 30th day, and received a nasty phone call from the owner; told him of my missing pump and the fact that the chlorinator was not hooked up he said he would not be doing business with us. I keep thinking they would be returning, they did not. This was a horrible experience. The price he charged was as much as I pay to open and close the pool for the season. Huge mistake!

The above price was what we were charged just for the cleaning of our pool and spa. The cost of the chemicals were extra and were quite expensive. Overall service was poor. Burke's had a service agreement with the prior owner, and would not extend that contract to us at the time of renewal. First we were told that we would have to pay per service provided, then told that they really were not interested in providing service any longer because the system was so complicated and too far from their normal service area. This was a shock since they had been servicing this pool for the prior owner for more than 9 years and it was their label on the system upgrades/modifications which had been made to the original system. We were left in a lurch with no idea how to operate our system. If that were not bad enough, the rep was rude when he told me the owner didn't renew because the pool was basically a pain and he was glad to get rid of the responsibility. Not sure why they still send us mailers!

THEY OFFER A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS FOR SERVICE OF POOL WEEKLY. JEFF HAS COME TO THE HOUSE TO HELP US WITH PROBLEMS WE HAVE HAD WITH THE POOL WHEN HIS COMPANY WAS NOT EVEN INVOLVED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE POOL. LINDA HAS GONE OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP US, MANY TIMES SHE HAS HAD TO RESCHEDULE OR SEND ANOTHER CREW OUT, MESSING UP THEIR SCHEDULE JUST TO HELP US. THEY ARE TRULY A VERY SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANY.

I HAVE USED HIM SINCE 1990. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT. HE IS VERY PROMPT AND VERY QUICK TO RESPOND. IF YOU PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME, YOU ARE ON THE TOP OF THE LIST, AS WITH ANY BUSINESS. HE IS PARTICULAR ABOUT HOW YOU TREAT HIS CREW. IF A CUSTOMER IS DISRESPECTFUL TO HIS CREW, HE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CANCEL THAT CUSTOMER. HE IS PHASING OUT POOL CONSTRUCTION, BUT HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE AND MIGHT BE WILLING TO GIVE ADVICE. PRICING IS BASED ON THE FREQUENCY OF THEIR VISITS AND THE AMOUNT OF CHEMICALS NEEDED. THEY DO OPENINGS AND CLOSINGS, ALSO.

HE WAS FORGETFUL IN MY WANTS AND NEEDS AND HAD POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. ALSO POOR TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS.

CLEANED POOL- IT LOOKED AWFUL. MEMBER HAD THEM OUT TO REDO THE POOL AND IT STILL WAS NOT MUCH CLEANER. THEY TOLD MEMBER SHE WAS BEING UNREASONABLE.
