Buildmore Inc worked with us through a very difficult insurance process.  Julie, the office manager, was easy to get a hold of and did a great job communicating with out insurance company and a very odd situation.  The crew was there two days and cleaned  up everything when they were done.  The price was very competitive, and the roof looks great.  We will be using them again in the near future for a bathroom remodel!!

They did an alright job, but they have been very slow to fix the leaks in the roof and repair the siding. The company is actively dodging my phone calls. the work was ok, but I do not recommend them.

n the beginning I was pleased with the communication of the management (owners).  I did chose to upgrade some of the remodel and in the case of the garage doors they referred me to another vendor.  I was very pleased with this referral.  In the beginning of the project the owners lead me to believe they would be overseeing the progress.  At the start there were some errors but the individual managing the siding replacement did a wonderful job.  After the siding the roof was replaced.  The job turned into a mess with the painters that I assumed were employees of Buildmore (thinking when they outsourced other vendors they gave referrals).  It took them over 4 weeks.  I had two men with one ladder painting my two story house with 2 fireplace chimneys. One day they actually came and said they were going to do the trim but forgot trim brushes.  I live within 2 miles of a HomeDepot and Menards! During this 4 week period I would call the owner and instead of him calling me back (as I always had to leave a message) I would just have the painter who was not doing well come up to me and ask if I had a problem).  Let me also say the only time I saw these owners managers was the day they started the job and picked up 1/2 the amount due.  Nice.  It took 3 months post the job to get the final paperwork complete so I could submit to the insurance company for the final check.  I have owned my home 24 years and have done many remodels inside and out with new kitchens, bathrooms, finished a basement, pool etc., and never have I experienced a worse experience than this.  I was pleased with the roofers, and the contractor and his workers who did the siding, and gutters.  All these were professionals.  I felt the contact in the office (assistant) was trying to be responsive but the leaders of this company do NOT hold my respect as professionals that are NOT responsive to their clients.  This was not a small job.  $37,000 is a lot of money.  I will be looking to have my home repainted this spring - a cost of over $3,000.00 that I spent last fall something that needs to be done properly.

They do great work and finished it very quickly! They're excellent and I highly recommend them. Even when there was an issue with the placement of a gutter, they were very responsive. Our insurance said they had no problems working with them. We've since moved but we're thinking of having them out to look at our current roof.

After the hail storm hit our street, we felt like c*** in the ocean. Contractors were circling up and down our street. Cameron of BMI (Buildmore, Inc.) was walking down the street distributing folders which contained info about their company. He handed it to me and said take a look and give us a call if you'd like an estimate. No high pressure like I was getting from the other sharks (I mean, contractors). We made inquiries among friends and co-workers and was advised to join Angie's List. I had no idea it was so affordable! We decided to talk with BMI. Our neighbor said her family had used BMI in the past and were very happy. BMI was very informative and explained what would be done and answered all of my questions. They completed the job as promised. My understanding is their roofing crew has been working together for years. The men who did all of the other work (gutters, screens, siding) were also efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. We now have a better quality roof, gutters and drain spouts than what was put on by the builder less than two years ago. This is a family owned business and the owner checked in before, during and after the work was done to be sure it was all done right. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff and company did a fantastic job from start to finish. Great follow up and easy to work with. would highly recommend and we would use him again if needed.

Work was done so quickly it left me questioning how they could have had enough time to do a thorough inspection.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was fine. I actually had them come out and look at my roof to see if I had any leaks because I had some water marks inside the house. They did, they said that the previous work that had been done had taken care of it. That was really about it. They didn't even charge me. They showed up on time, they did a great job. They were thorough, they were right because there hasn't been any other leaks since. They did everything I asked them to do. They did the roofing work and they did a good job. In fact they did a wonderful job. I have no complaints at all. I think I got my money's worth. I did have them back out. I had them take a look to make sure that there weren't any leaks in the roof because again I had some water marks inside. And they checked and they said no it was fine. They didn't charge me the second time. The first time they came out I feel like they did a great job, I got my money's worth. The only concern that I had with what they did was they used mis-matched shingles when they did some of the work. It's on the back of the house so it's not all that noticeable, but I was just a little bit disappointed that they didn't use color matched shingles.

Major hailstorm damage in June 2009. Buildmore provided very detailed
quote and references. Worked well with State Farm assessor. Replaced
porch screens, roof, gutters, skylight, damaged cedar siding and
repainted home exterior.
Only problem has been repair of recurring garage roof
leak after new roof shingles were installed. Required numerous emails and phone calls.
Owner is very knowledgeable and personable.

The sales person helped her pick out new shingle colors that better match her home. He offered to meet with the insurance adjuster if needed. The crew completed the job in day. They removed some gutter guards that she no longer wanted at no extra cost. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They use a magnetic sweeper to pick up all nails and so far no flat tires. They were very detailed the new roofs look great. I referred this company to one of her neighbors. She too was very pleased with them.

It went fine and we had no problems. They addressed our needs.

They were really good. It was insurance, but the cost was roughly about $18000.00 and that did not include the painting. I am not sure about the cost of the painting, but it was close to $5000.00. The contractors were very attentive to detail. They were easy to work with and responded quickly. The workers that they sent out were extremely efficient, very easy to work with, and competent. They did a fabulous job.

We didn't actually hire them, we were searching for homes. We are into selling and buying old housing and new housing. They were really helpful. The seller hired them, but we were clearly involved with them as well. The price was $13,000.00 and the seller paid for it.

They were great and the quote they gave me was exact and they cleaned up all their mess and did not leave things laying around. I would recommend them.

Very well! I could not have been more pleased with Buildmore, Inc. as they followed through completely in all aspects of the project. Jeff Reedy is a very personable guy and as straight forward, honest and trustworthy as a homeowner could hope for when selecting a contractor. I almost went with a much larger concern whom will remain nameless other than to say that they are a 5 or 6 state operation, who as it turned out wanted to squeeze every possible penny out of both my insurance company as well as myself, only to cut every possible corner in performing the actual work! Thankfully, Jeff Reedy with Buildmore happened to come by when our insurance adjuster was up on the roof and asked if he could take a look and provide me with an estimate. I agreed, he did his own inspection of the roof, providing digital photos and found things that the bigger company had not found. His estimate was more competitive than the larger company and much more thorough. I was very pleased with the results.
