Bugs-B-Gone

The owner came to inspect for termites and sprayed around the outside as well as in the garage. When we asked about spraying again after new mulch was applied outside in a couple of weeks was told to call and they would not charge for that application.

The office staff was friendly and compassionate. Worked here to find someone in the area quickly. Jayd was very professional, polite and friendly. Explained what he was using and why and appeared to be very thorough. Will definately call again.

We have used this company for several years.  They are always prompt, have a 90 day guarantee and it's easy to schedule. Matt was our service provider today and he couldn't have been nicer or more professional.

We use Bugs-B-Gone service for quite some time now. They are very professional and address every use he had with bugs. Costwise they are very effective too.

This is the second time we'd had Bug-B-Gone out and they did a wonderful job!  The sprayed for ants, spiders, and other crawlies with a environmentally friendly formula.  I didn't have to remove my pets from the house, so that was great!  The problem was immediately solved and the technician also helped my identify another bug I had been seeing around the house, so he was full of information!

My experience was very positive with Bugs-B-Gone; however my only problem was that some of the workers that arrived did not speak English.  Otherwise, it was a very positive experience.  They actually came back twice because the problem did not go away and they did not charge me again for the second visit.

Very nice people. And i had a big problem we didnt realise it. Matt always was always understanding and ontime. Although we are still treating the problem he guarantees his services a lot of companies wont. He has come out everytime i have called even when it was inconvenience for him. He has always been polite and thoroughly done his job. Hopefully this will end soon.

He arrived promptly and found the problem ( where they were entering the basement). Treated the problem in no time. Very nice and informative. Will definitely use them again...this time for spider control.

First of all, they were very responsive in terms of setting up the service.  The technician had to reschedule, and the office support staff called me promptly to change my appointment.  The technician arrived promptly on the scheduled date, and performed the service both inside and out.  He explained that should I see additional pests between treatments that I should call and they would come out to re-service at no cost.  He was very professional and I have not had problems with pests since I have moved in. 
I am happy with the service and company so far based on the experience I have had.

They are sometimes slow to respond, but they have stayed true to their word and come back out at no cost when I have called them. I called several places when I was looking for a pest control company and they were the quickest to respond and the best price.
