He is known as Bobby the Bug Man to us. Everything was great. He definitely got rid of our rodent problem. He was very prompt and responsive. I think he was recommended by my mother-in-law. He basically came out and set up the poison. We have dogs and so he made sure that he set the poison in places where our dogs and young children would not get to. I generally hate to give the top most rating to anyone but he was very good and real. So I give him the top most rating. He was responsive and he came right out. We will most definitely use his services again in the future.
