They did a great job!  They were responsive with phone calls, got work done in a timely manner, and I was happy with the end product.

Budget was incredible! This home is my rental property while my husband and I are out of state, so we were distressed when we found out a robber had broken into the property by smashing a side window. I called on a Saturday and the owner gave me an estimate over the phone based on the kind of window I had. He was very friendly. The very next Monday he had a repairman out to the home. It took him only 20 minutes to repair the broken glass and our renters stated he was incredibly friendly and professional! We were very pleased with the work that was done for such a reasonable price!

I had a blown seal on one pane of a sliding door. Called them the day before to setup an appointment. They gave me a quote over the phone($300 if it was a standard size, and $325 if they had to order it). They came out, had a window in the truck that fit, 30 mins later they were leaving with a happy customer in their rear view mirror. Good work, nice guys.

I will use them again in the future.

I am a REALTOR and have used this company on several occasions when a home inspection determined that window thermal seals were broken and the panes were in need of replacement.  Jack Stevens has been quick to provide an estimate, order and install the glass.  Very neat and conscientious about being neat and tidy on the job. Will continue to utilize their services.

The installers were professional and knowledgable, and very polite! They were vary careful inside my home and cleaned up well! That is the best lookng window in my whole house!

They called to tell us they were on their way when they provided an estimate and when they came to perform the work. When the guys came they replaced the window and cleaned up the mess. They were very nice and courteous and we were happy with their service.

We took the window out and took it in to them. The work was pretty inexpensive. It was quick and easy to use them. The price was excellent. He was a lot cheaper than anybody else was.

They wrapped the glass in paper and carried it to my car. They also gave me good suggestions about glazing. Their prices are very competitive. They don't have a fancy showroom but I don't think thats necessary.

I had a broken glass door on a clock that they fixed perfectly and quickly. Since they don't accept credit cards, they trusted me to take the door home and mail in my payment.

We called and someone came to give us a quote quickly. We then had the work done several weeks later (they scheduled within a few days of when we requested the job be done). The workman that showed up wasw professional and nice. Overall, the work he did was very good and he did a moderately good job of cleaning up after himself. There was one problem that we noticed after the job was done. In one of the windows, a piece of glass was left in the bottom and the new glass installed in with it (so we weren't able to remove it ourselves). By the time we noticed this, our house had a sale contract on it and we were too busy with packing and moving to have the chance to call them back to fix this. We feel confident that had we called, they would have sent someone to take care of the problem without any difficulty.

The job required an estimate which was done the day following my call. The windows needed to be ordered so that took about a week. Shortly thereafter, they came and did the install. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend.

Jack, the one who always answered the phone, was quick to answer my questions and schedule someone to come out. Lenny arrived on time and assessed the door. Of course my door is not "standard size", so one had to be ordered. The good news: It was LESS than estimated! The door arrived in about the time frame they said, and again Lenny was here when promised. He was pleasant both times he was here and was quick in his work. I still cringed when I wrote a check for work that never should have been done to begin with, but Budget Glass made this as easy a situation as it could be. Thank you, Jack and Lenny!

They were the lowest priced and easily accessible from downtown. I dropped off the two storm window frames that needed to be re-glazed, and they were done in a week and a half and ready for pick-up. These were custom sizes which required some ordering, otherwise, they would have been done in a shorter time frame. The windows are back up and looking good.

The AT&T U-verse installer broke one of the glass segments on our screen door with his tool belt. AT&T's insurance was paying for it but we still didn't want to mess with a major replacement of a door, that would have probably been harder to get paid. Home Depot and Lowe's wouldn't even talk to us about just getting a replacement window, they just wanted us to buy a new door for at least $180. I called Budget and the man was very nice, he said since it was a small job just to bring the frame to them and they would look at it. It had broken even more since being hit so I was just taking 4 pieces of metal to them. They were happy to just order a piece of tempered glass and glue the frame around it. It looks great. We were very happy with their work.

They came out & measured and gave me an estimate. Glass was ordered and took about 7 or 8 days. They called to make an appointment to install. Installation took about 15 minutes. They even washed my new window for me.

I had a vinyl window that had lost its seal. I called the company that had installed the windows 15 years ago. The manufacturer of the windows was no longer in business so the installer referred me to Budget Glass and Mirror. I confirmed on Angie's List that this company had a good rating. I called Budget and was given a rough estimate of $200.00 but was told they would send someone to get a real estimate together. The guy happened to be in the area later that afternoon and stopped by. He was pleasant and came up with a total that was $20.00 cheaper than the phone estimate. I okayed the work to be done and he said they would have it in a week or two and that they would give me a call. About ten days later I got a call. They had a cancellation and wanted to know if they could send their guy out to install the new glass that day. I said sure. The glass guy came, did his work and was on his way. I wish I could remember everyone's name. They were all pleasant and professional.

They were very polite and we were all shocked at the hole that the mirror was covering up. They gave me great advice. They were very neat and in and out in no time. I would recommend them any time. They also recommended other places for me to go to get another mirror.

This company was timely and great to work with. Most of my directions was provided by phone. They came out, gave an estimate, and we discussed any problems and concerns. They called to tell me when they were coming and they arrived on time. Bill was mailed to me upon completion. Their work was excellent. The customer service provided on the phone was also great.
