Everything went very smoothly! The *only* complaint we had was how picky the lenders were - we had to even write and sign a letter saying that my wife hadn't been paying me rent for the years we've been married! Of course, this wasn't BTS Lending's fault and if that's the price of lower interest rates, it's worth it!

Great company, would easily recommend. We were first time home buyers and Dave Bertorello at BTS Lending was excellent. Dave was very thorough and efficient. He was very easy to work with, definitely knows what he's doing, and great at explaining details. He's available when needed and easy to get a hold of. Dave Berterello is an outstanding broker. The process of obtaining a mortgage was as simple as it can be... Dave locked-in a bottom of barrel 30 yr fixed rate of 3.65%!!! The process was simplified by Dave's assistant, Jennifer Baker. Dave and Jennifer were very helpful and always accesible if I had questions. I would highly recommend BTS Lending!

Simply an outstanding mortgage broker. I used seven different mortgage brokers/companies. BTS was the ONLY one able to hand me a letter of acceptance within 8 hours. They used all the basic information provided without asking for lots of extras. Once we started the loan process, we had to provide more documentation, but BTS was clear and concise about everything we needed to provide. I would use these folks exclusively if it were up to me!!

Overall, the process went very well. Not only did Dave Bertorello do a great job in helping us secure the best funding for our new home, he also helped us find our home. Once he knew what we were interested in and the price range we were looking for, Dave told us some places to look and people to talk to. As it turns out, we ended up buying a home from friends of Dave's. Worked out perfectly! Dave just does a great job of getting you the best funding and helping you understand the process and the options available to you. From start to finish he does an excellent job.

We were shopping for a mortgage to finance the purchase of a new home. After contacting David Bertorello at BTS Lending, he was quickly able to inform me that he could secure a mortgage at the lowest rate we had been quoted. We had included a short, 2-week closing period in our offer on the house and Mr. Bertorello was able to expedite our mortgage with documentation that took me only a few minutes to gather and provide him. A few months later, Mr. Bertorello contacted me to let me know that interest rates had dropped and he could redo the mortgage at a lower rates, reducing our monthly payment, with no cost to us for the refinance. Everyone we have dealt with at BTS Lending has been very courteous and professional. We shopped both locally and on the internet, and BTS provided us the best mortgage rate at the lowest out of pocket costs we found.

When first seeking out lenders for my first house, I initially considered three including BTS Lending. Dave was the only broker who suggested an 80/10/10 loan (I was not putting 20% of the purchase price towards a downpayment), which meant a lower monthly payment than the 90/10 loans the other companies were suggesting. After first discussing with Dave what mortgage options I had, the other companies were not able to match Dave's competitve rates either. After deciding to use Dave for the mortgage, he could not have made the experience more painless. The original estimate for closing costs was right on what the actual amounts ended up being. He was very thorough in walking me through the process and was receptive throughout in answering my questions. He also worked around my schedule to get the necessary documents signed. I could not have asked for a better experience.
