We found Bruns via reviews on Angie's List when looking for a new mechanic close to home.  Bruns lived up to their reputation on Angie's List!  Not only did they finish the work faster than expected but they also charged us a full $100 under their initial estimate!  Their work was of the highest quality, they didn't try to talk us into unnecessary repairs and got us back on the road as quickly as possible.  We'll be taking all of our vehicles to Bruns from now on!

I decided to go with this company because of their reviews on Angie's List.  My check engine light came on and I thought it could be a few different things so I decided to have them check it out.  Normally when I take my car into a shop I'm always afraid of someone will try to rip me off because I know nothing about cars.  They didn't do it.  In fact, they actually recommended me to a different place because of what was wrong with it.  They said they could do it but would have to charge a lot more because of the issue.  They also told me that once I get my catalat converter changed that might solve the issues and if not they will fix the rest for me.  I fully trust this company with my car needs and I will be using them in the future when my car breaks down.  I have already recommended them to a friend.

It was planned ahead to allow the garage a chance to check the source of oil leak.  Took me home and picked me up when work was finished.

Great experience working with the guys at Bruns Auto Service. I went to a different auto place for an alignment recently and they mentioned that I needed new rotors and pads in the front of my car. I wasn't impressed by their overall service or price, so I wanted a second opinion. Found friendly, quick service that was priced very fair at Bruns. I will definitely go again and highly recommend you give them a shot.

We have been customers of Bruns Auto Service for years and have always found them to be knowledgeable and honest. Their facility is dated but I'd much rather have the security of knowing that they'll be honest and guarantee their service.

They repaired it in 24 hours even though I hadn't warned them I was coming in.  I have used their services for over 30 years.  Tires, batteries, repairs, oil changes, etc. Have always given me good service.  When husband was ill, they picked up car and returned it to me.  Fair prices and good service are what they are known for.

I've been using Brun's for many years and have always been very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work. On a number of occasions, they told me about issues that could be fixed, but the cost would exceed the value (leaking air conditioner compressor on an old vehicle. At every visit they have given me good reason to trust them. And on nearly every visit the work has been completed same day. Sure hope they stay around for as long as I'll need auto service!

I was way overdue for rear brakes.  They fit me in the following day, called within an hour with an estimate, and got it done exactly at the time and price they estimated. They did the work for $50 less than the quote I got from my old repair place across town. I love both the atmosphere and people at Bruns; it's a little simple place in a residential neighborhood, they spend money on good mechanics instead of a fancy waiting room, the 'new guy' on staff has been there 20 years, and they were respectful and professional but friendly. I really trust them. This job was pretty straightforward, but I'd feel confident quizzing them about more complicated repairs.  It's exactly the kind of place I like to find, since it means I never have to look for another auto repair place again.

I called Bruns in the morning hoping to get an appointment that day. They were booked up but told me that if I could leave my car they would squeeze it in between other appointments that day. I dropped of my car and about 4 hours later got a call saying it was done. I appreciated they were able to squeeze me in before I had to go on a trip for Thanksgiving. This was my second experience with Bruns and both have been excellent.

I dropped my car off at Bruns in the morning when the opened. They got the work done in just over an hour. No-hassle experience and  the price was reasonable.

They give excellent service. They are very reliable and honest. They tell me exactly what it is and explain it very carefully since I am not very knowledgeable about cars.

As always Bruns Auto Service did a great job.  They have told me several times that I didn't need something done to my cars, so I knew it was true when they said that the hub bearings needed to be replaced.  The job was done in a timely fashion and they always are careful to not get the interior dirty.  I will continue to drive 8 miles to get my cars serviced at Bruns.

These people are great.  They're very good to explain what the car needs and what is wrong.  I've used them for over 20 years.  I go to them and they're honest.  They do good work.  If it's not right, take it back, and they'll make it right.  They'll figure out if it wasn't something they repaired to start with.  It's a good place.  I don't take my car back to the dealer because I know the dealer is going to take me to the cleaners.  On price, stuff's expensive.  I have no problem with what they do.  I use them and I recommend them.  My older sons take that have repair work take their cars to them.  They are a group of brothers.  I know them and they do good work.  I will continue to go there. 

I used their services previously and they were great. We don't live in the area anymore and that is why we don't currently use their services.

They are pretty good.  I like their pricing and their honesty.  They have got a pretty crappy building and sometimes they aren't in the greatest mood.  They always are straight-shoot as far as what needs to be done or doesn't need to be done.  Some people don't like that.  They like going to places that are nice and clean.  This place is not like that.  As long as the car is getting fixed, it doesn't matter to me.
