Great work when it is done right, but some mistakes should not be made. To completely frame the whole build crooked and have to tear down and rebuild is ridiculous. I am still dealing with water leak issues from the build. There were other projects i had planned for them, but I have had a change of heart.

A great experience! We had a fairly crappy all-season room on the original patio, backing up onto our fairly dark living room -- the wall having our back door, a standard window, and a large cabinet/gas-log fireplace. Brown removed the all-season room and the living room wall, and extended the living room into the old patio space. They replaced the wall with a pony wall, installed windows all around (including a picture window and a sliding door), installed an electric fireplace, a ceiling fan, & a split-system HVAC, and tiled the floor. The extension is lovely, bright, and open. It opens up and lightens the living room. We love it. The project was estimated at six weeks. It took four (July 9 through August 2; yes, we are behind at getting our review in). Mike and Ian and the various crews were easy to work with. The crews (framing, windows, sheetrock, electrical, painting and clean-up) were focused and professional. The cost was below what I had expected. We highly recommend them!

Brown Construction built a covered deck off the backside of our house for us. A key component was to work to make it look like it had been apart of the house all along. The pros at Brown Construction were great to work with and offered fantastic improvement ideas to the project. The craftsmen were very detailed in their work and the communication during the project was top notch. The finished product was better than we had originally imagined. We have already discussed other projects with them that we would like to have them come back and work with us on. The whole group at Brown Construction is professional and a great group to work with on any project.

Brown Construction built a screened-in porch along with a beautiful stamped concrete patio with a fire pit. The finished product turned out amazing! All of the crews were very professional, easy to communicate with and offered good ideas to make our vision better than what we pictured. They have even come back to take care of some additional things after the job was complete. I highly recommend Ian and his team to anyone looking to do any kind of work on your home. Ian took great care of us from start to finish, and we'll definitely be going with them for any additional work we have in the future.

All the pros at Brown's were very detailed, great to work with, and finished within their timeline!

We added a screened in porch to our house and our top priority was to insure that the finished product looked as if it belonged with the house. The Brown Construction crews did a great job insuring that all the details were right AND they got it done ahead of schedule (even while dealing with all the rain we've had this month). We are really enjoying the final product.

We had a very good experience with all of the contractors. Mike Beasley was great to work with. I would recommend Brown's to my family and friends.

I worked with Ian, Mike and Benny to have all eight of the 16 foot columns of my colonial home evaluated and repaired. Benny and his crew were friendly, easy to work with and did an outstanding work. I am extremely happy with the final product. I received 5 estimates from different companies and Browns Construction was by far the lowest. If your looking to have a major project done I would highly recommend you include Browns Construction as one of your estimates.

Ian and Mikes crew have been great to work. We are in the middle of the project adding a master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet to our house. Weather has not been cooperating but the team that I am working with are very professional and great to work with. The workmanship has been excellent so far. Looking forward to the completion.

Ian & Mike and their crew were professional and very easy to work with. Our addition looks wonderful & blends great with the original house structure. The yard was cleaned up when they were finished. We are very pleased with the results and recommend Brown Construction. Feel sure that you'd be happy with results.

Ian and Mike are very professional. They are adding 2800 square foot to my house and a 3 car garage. Five weeks in and project is on schedule and in budget. So far so good.

Never totally finished, work was good, but needed a lot of owners attention- on time for the check though. Still have debris left behind that I am paying to have removed. Would recommend with reservation unless it was a small project

Ian was awesome. He put in interior French doors for us and it looks like it was part of the original build. Great craftsmanship, excellent customer service, done quick with no problems. Highly recommended.

They are very professional and know exactly how to get the job done. Great designers to help you every step of the way and are very patient with changes to the plan. These guys are wonderful and anyone would be lucky to have them working for them.

I would refer him to anyone, he is the best. He does a good job the first time, he did our roof, looks great. Later he come and did our siding.
