MANAGER HARRISON HATCHETT AND CO-WORKERS JAKE AND JOSH WERE ALL VERY PERSONABLE, EFFICIENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARRIVED QUICKLY AND SEEMED TO DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB OF REMOVING EXCESS WATER AND EXPLAINING THE PROCESS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY AGREEABLE ABOUT WORKING OUT A TIME FOR EQUIPMENT TO BE PICKED UP. THEY HELPED TO MAKE A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION MUCH EASIER TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD READILY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: WATER EXTRACTION FROM FLOODED CARPET AND LAMINATE FLOORING.

carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreTHE CARPET WAS CLEANED BY ONE OF THE AGENTS, WHO DID A FINE JOB. HOWEVER, AFTER A WEEK, I COULD STILL SMELL THE CAT ODOR. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO HARRISON, MGR., WHO SAID THAT HE'D SEND SOMEONE OUT ON THE AGREED UPON DATE. THE DATE ARRIVED AND HARRISON HIMSELF CAME. HE WORKED ON THE 2 AREAS, AND WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT. THE SMELL IS GONE! I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN IN 6 MONTHS.
Description of Work: CARPET CLEANED FOR USUAL WEAR; PLUS CAT STAINS AND ODORS.
