We have always had them come, they are prompt, friendly, neat, and they clean up after themselves.

They arrived right on time. Worked and installed the unit in a timely manner. The price was competitive. They came out on August 1st and even left a window a/c unit to keep me cool until they were able to do the full install.

They have always been very, very good. Their people were very sensitive to the face that I'm not there. I'm 2,000 miles away. They were good about not calling me on the way to the job like they normally would. If they are going to be on the job at 9am that is 6am here. I am asleep. They always called and let me know what were the options if their were any. I left Indianapolis in 2008, but I had the home there.

Awesome! Not only did Breedlove Dobbs put in a new ac unit, they put in a new thermostat free of charge, and reworked part of our furnace ( and put in a filter I normally dream of) Our house is now cooling wonderfully and much more efficiently.

They were quick to come out to check my old AC unit and found that it was dead. It was over 15 years old and too small so no surprise. The install was quick and my house stays cool better then it ever has.

They are great. I have used them a couple of times. I love their customer service. They explain everything in detail and give you your options. They are customer oriented.

They are amazing, fabulous, wonderful.  We will not work with anybody else.  They put in a geothermal unit for us last year and I have to call them to come back out because I want them to take a look at stuff with the unit.  It was a fair price for a check-up.  We love them; they're excellent, they're fabulous.  I'd go higher than an A if I could.

The installation required 5 service calls to get it right. First, the coil froze over. Second, the gas line was left unattached. Later, the controller was not working. Later still I was told I had placed grills over the vents which was causing a system problem. They were there before the system. The 5th call was a result of such condensation that mold had developed in the lines running upstairs. We do believe the system worked as installed but that dampeners should have been installed to the zoning upstairs to prevent 4 tons of cold air from running upstairs. They lawyered up so fast our heads spun. After this, there was a lot of back and forth between their attorney and ours with promises of refunds and the like but with nothing actually delivered. No money back, no nothing. Just a lot of arguing and, from my point of view, changing stories and narratives. In the end, we have a lot of money wasted. No one was willing to work on their equipment, we had to have an entirely new system be installed.

We were pleased with the team's attention to detail throughout a complex install. Recommend for particularly tough HVAC projects

He actually showed me the accumulation on the filter just over this summer and into the 12 months and it is pretty significant. He just didn't happen to have the filter with him to be able to change it and they said it's a long trip for them to be able to get out here earlier. He told me that he'd be back and tell me billing at that point and I called them a couple of weeks ago for follow up because we hadn't heard anything and she said she would get us on her stop by list and all they need to do is drop the filter off and they haven't had anybody come out this way.

Provider seemed to do a fine job with the tune-up, but was pretty aggressive when trying to sell me add-ons to my system and getting me to sign up for their service agreement. I understand the need to get business, but I greatly appreciate businesses who hear me when I say "no" the first time.

I have used Breedlove-Dobbs for many years.  They have been totally responsive and responsible.  From the ownership down, I would trust them to do work for my furnace.  I maintain a 2-3 yr. contract with them.  Typically, the only cost I have each time is the cost of a new filter - approx. $45.  Therefore, I am not sure how much the service would have been.
