They need provide better advice to their customers, than what they did with us. As far as the roofing itself, that wasn't the problem. I have found since then, they didn't install certain roof vents that they were supposed too. We were a little concerned about the cost of the overall project but, their recommendation to us was, if we install smaller gutters that could save us some money on the overall bill. We have a ranch home, the gutters carry quite a bit of water because, it's a rectangle and it has to be carried off. Their advice was nonsense because, the gutters that they installed couldn't handle the water, so five years later I had to have new gutters put on. Basically, I had to do it all over again. The price was average.

The crew was friendly, punctual, and most importantly neat/tidy.

I love my new roof.  They did an excellent job.  Had it done in a day.  Cleaned up their mess.  Very professional.  I would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well.

There was minor bad wood that they replaced at no cost. They kept the yard clean at all times. I had other company replace the overhead garage door, but Breeden was the general contractor. When job was completed, Breeden came and we inspected the overall work done on the house. The workers nicked a couple spots on the overhangs when installing the new roof, but when I showed Breeden the areas, he had them to come back the next day and replace the entire wood pieces at no cost to me. I was very pleased how they kept the lawn clean and no damage to landscaping. Breeden did not ask for any money until the entire job was completed to my satisfaction. Breeden did not add any extra charges over their quote.

We had hail damage in 2006 and Breeden roofing won the job.  No only were they the lowest, but he was one of two that was willing to go topside and measure to do an estimate.  This was important because our insurance company measured and gave us an amout based on that.  Breeden came up with more sq ft than the insurance company.  Breeden said he would help us with the insurance company if there was a problem, and when the roof was installed they did.  They contacted the insurance company with their measurements and the insurance company came out and remeasured and found they had overlooked the porch roof.  So they cut us a check for the additional roofing and it was more that enought to cover Breedens charges. 
Six years later I looked up and saw water coming down through my soffet vent.  I had someone go up and look and found the gutter guards had pushed the shingles up and was allowing water to get under the shingles and through the roof to the soffet vent.  I called my insurance agent to see if  there was any damage and he did not find anything significant.  He said they would not pay for poor workmanship, but they would pay for damage cause by poor workmanship.  Then he said he did not see any poor workmanship.  Breeden installed the roof so I called them back to determine if any of the shingles needed replaced. He was here in 15 minutes and got up on the roof and determined the gutter guards I was using were too wide and were forcing the shingles up.  He pulled them all out from under the shingles and placed that part on top.  I had already contracted someone to come out and put in better gutter guards.  He said to wait two or three weeks and the shingles would flatten out.  He left and didn't charge anything.  Three weeks later the shingles flattened out and I had no more water coming through the soffet vent. 

Not much to report. The big hailstorm wiped out a lot of roofs and gutters. I believe we had Breeden employees do the roof. I think the guttering was installed by a team which was following the massive storm damage that hit the midwest that year.

They did very good work. They were competitively priced. There was one gutter that was leaking, but they were timely in getting back and repairing that. I had kind of a difficult roof to do. They have been in business for a long time. They came as a recommendation to me. I was pleased with their services. I would use their services in the future too.

They did take quite a while for the work to get done. They came and worked on it when we were on vacation, when we asked them not to but the finished product did turn out very good.

The roofing process went well. The gentleman we worked with from KY were very nice and stayed in contact with us all through the purchase and installation. Over a year had passed since the new roof was installed. My son-in-law, while cleaning out our gutters, noticed several nail heads exposed. I called Breeden but the lady I spoke with said we were no longer under the labor warranty but she would check with Dennis Breeden, the owner of the company. I did not hear anything back but a couple of days later, Mr Breeden himself, came to our house and inspected the roof and made a few corrections where needed. He was very pleasant to deal with. He even cleaned out a clogged gutter and removed several small limbs from the roof. I was fearful that we would not get any follow up work done since we were no longer under the labor warranty, but Mr Breeden took care of the situation promptly. We were very pleased with the work, product and follow up. I would highly recommend this company.

They did an excellent job. They did it very quickly, and the gentleman was very professional and nice to deal with.

The work took much longer than originally quoted. It was supposed to take one day (Chris said it was an easy job for these guys) but it ended up taking four days and over a week to complete. The first day, they didn't even start until after 1pm. To be fair, weather did delay them one day. The main gripe I've got is that we had an aluminum guide adjacent to the siding that was sticking up after their job. Chris (the foreman) came back and we both agreed that it should be hammered down. Well, when they came back, they broke the siding where the aluminum guide was in several places and also dented it as well. I called Breeden several times to get this fixed. Chris was cool at first and said "these things happen" and never followed up. After Chris failed to resolve it, I called Breeden directly. I got a call back from a guy who could barely speak English and he said he couldn't find the siding anywhere. That's the last we heard. Very poor customer service!!!

Put on a partial new roof.

They were great. They were very conscientious and careful with their clean-up. We had a tiny little problem about 2 months after they did the work and one of their guys came out on a Sunday to look at it. How's that for good?

A few plants were damaged in the process, but they gave us a break in price to accommodate any damage that had occurred. The quality of the roof was excellent.

They seemed to be OK. The inspection has been postponed until next week.

Contract was signed 7-19-06, invoice for roof was dated 8-7-06. After numerous attempts to find out when the gutters were going to be done I finally mailed them a notice 11-17-06, tat I was canceling the contract. It's too late to get the gutters done this fall. Needless to say, I'm unhappy. Do not use this contractor. Hire a competent staff.

Estimate and contract with Ryan was timely and professional. Roofers were polite and everything looks good. With other non roofing work also contracted, the upgrade shingle difference cost was waived. Only minor issue was we were told we'd receive a call the night before roofers arrived and didn't. Worked out fine but could have been a problem at another time.

This company was very responsive and came out to make an estimate within a few days of my call. They were instrumental in my insurance claim. We enjoyed working with Clint Bledsoe, who was supportive and very helpful in our picking a new roof. Their installers worked very hard- from dawn to darkness each day- and cleaned up each day to minimize the debris. We are pleased with this job and their work, and would recommend them and call them again.
