He was extremely professional, courteous, and did a fabulous job! He arrived when he said that he would, performed the work as he described, and left the area clean each day. He accommodated my schedule to get the job done, which I really appreciated!

This was the third time that we have used Brandon. Our first experience was at our previous residence. We had removed cork panels that covered every wall in one of our bedrooms and it left large spots of glue which we couldn't get off. We called Brandon after contacting Angie's List and he suggested that he use a process that he called and quot;Floating the Wallsand quot;. This is applying 2-3 thin coats of compound over every square inch of the walls. When he was finished the room looked that new drywall had been installed. This was 4/27/2008. After we move to our current address we had him use the same process in our guest bath. Once again a perfect job just waiting to be painted. We have two more rooms needing to be done in the near future. The previous owners removed wallpaper but just painted over the paste.

Brandon is a really great guy to do business with, very polite and professional. He always does a beautiful job and when he leaves there is absolutely no mess, every speck of dust is cleaned up. I have recommended Brandon Cook Drywall many times to friends and will not hesitate to do so any time that I can.

Brandon did such an outstanding job in repairing plaster and installing drywall last year in our big project that we had him back for another project, a smaller one. We had a ceiling that had multiple cracks and had been textured to cover a water leak. Brandon repaired the bad places and then installed drywall with his several step finishing. Amazing change to the room.
Brandon is worth waiting for! He is busy and I see why. He listens carefully to the homeowner and says very clearly what his steps will be. He is careful inside the home and cleans up carefully. He went and quot;over and beyondand quot; in making this a painless project. He adds value to the home! I highly recommend him!

Mr. Cook is a very nice individual as well as an outstanding drywaller. I had used his services before with excellent results. I initially called him to repair the ceiling and texture from a water leak in my home. I then had to call him about two weeks later for the same work in a home that I manage. He was kind enough to work both jobs into his busy schedule by working on the weekends. His prices, for the exceptional work that he does, are very low. When he is finished, you can't even tell that there was a repair completed. It looks just like original. He was very punctual for both jobs. He has a system that he uses that causes very little dust to move outside of the immediate area where he is working. He also cleans the area where the work is done extensively. I would never think of using anyone other than him for any drywall work, wheather it is new or repair work.

Brandon is professional and does great work. We hired a few people to help us with the remodel. Out of all of them, he did the highest quality work. He went over and above expectations. We were very happy with his work.

We live in an 80 year old home, and had plaster crack and fall from our plaster and lathe ceiling. Due to the number of places that had been repaired over the years, resulting in an uneven appearance. We were trying to decide between removing the plaster entirely and replacing it with insulation (for sound-proofing) and drywall, or just to drywall over the plaster. We had Brandon Cook come out to evaluate the room, give us an opinion and an estimate for both options. Mr. Cook arrived on time, prepared two very careful and thorough estimates, walked me through all of the steps involved, and actually recommended the cheaper option. As we intend to stay in the house forever, I decided to go ahead and go with the more expensive option. Mr. Cook's prices for both options were very reasonable, and after meeting him I would not have wanted to use anyone else.We scheduled installation for two months in advance. I hadn't realized that I had scheduled the project for the week my husband was on vacation, so I had to re-schedule the project with something of last-minute notice. Mr. Cook was very understanding and was able to bump it back by just a week.The day the project began we had cleared out the room. Mr. Cook and his assitant came, reviewed the scope of work with me one more time and began. They meticulously protected our floors, completely sealed off the room from the rest of the house, including covering the vents with plastc, HEPA filters and plywood. Throughout the project our caregiver and my two toddlers were able to be in the rest of the house, and Mr. Cook and his assistant were always extremely considerate and respectful of them. The plaster and lathe was very cleanly and completely removed by the end of the second day, and Mr. Cook highlighted some things that I might want to have an electrician review while the ceiling was open. We had scheduled an electrician to come out anyway, and he agreed with Mr. Cook on all points, and made a few minor updates. As we didn't know the amount of electrical work that would be involved, we had planned to have the ceiling open for 4 business days, but upon hearing we had completed the minor electrical work, Mr. Cook was able to come back to our project a day earlier than scheduled, and completed installation of the insulation and drywall, as well as plaster repair where the crown molding had been (which he had removed for us) and even patched up some minor cracks and irregularities in the walls (while the degree of the irregularities was minor, he repaired probably 6 parts of the room, all at essentially no charge). Mr. Cook used large sheets of drywall to minimize the number of seams, put in an ample number of screws and completed the project with a perfectly smooth finish.At all times Mr. Cook emailed and called me to give me updates on the project, his schedule, and to offer advice on things like what primer to use over the drywall.I cannot recommend BCDI enough.

Brandon was incredibly professional, and now that the project is complete I can say that his work is excellent. He provided a Level 5 drywall installation to the walls and ceiling in my master bedroom suite. It looks great! Highly recommended.
