Very quick response to my request and immediate appraisal was made because she was going to be in the vacinity for another appraisal. Everything was on target. She did list that the house was gas heat, which was actually all electric. However; it was one of the very first all electric homes built in 1965 in the area and all the others in the neighborhood are gas heat.
