the first time we used them it went well, they were in the neighborhood and we asked them to come look at our trees and they came and gave a estimate, came back and did the work.  On a second try for a trimming the owner gave a date, no show, gave another date, no show.  We unfortunately will have to find another company.  The owner really knows about trees and is friendly with very competitive pricing but is not reliable.

We have been talking about getting our trees trimmed for months, but didn't know where to start. The pear tree in our front yard had already suffered wind damage the previous year and had an area missing from the side. There are several trees in our neighborhood that have been trimmed and look wonderful. We happened to be home when the neighbor 2 houses down was having their tree trimmed and started talking with the company doing the work. The owner was supervising the tree trim and was friendly and able to look at our trees and give us an estimate on the spot. He told us we could get a discount if our neighbors wanted to have their trees done at the same time. 
We were really excited and started talking to our neighbors about good days to schedule our tree trimming. Finally we had a chance to call the owner with the information from his business card. On the first call we apparently called him at home because it was chaos in the background and the woman who answered thought we had the wrong number at first. She put the owner on the line and he asked us to call back in 2 weeks because he was so behind and refused to schedule any appointments. We understood but thought it was a bit weird.
Second phone call in 2-3 weeks we left a message and have still not had a return phone call. All in all, the guy was friendly in person and the work he did on the neighbor's tree was awesome. But, his contact information on his business card was unprofessionally linked to his home. When we did get a hold of him he was unprofessional about scheduling and never returned our second call. He will not be receiving our business or our recommendation.
We have a few calls out to new tree trimming companies. Our new estimate is scheduled for a few hours from now and we can only hope they are more professional than this company. Disappointed.

I like his personality and he gets along with the customer. He doesn't force things and tells you what should be done but he lets you choose what gets done. The price was fair.

I had a very good experience working with Branaco. They were very timely, courteous and they did great work. They were quick to complete the work and they were able to complete it as promised. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They did a very good job cause the branches haven't fallen anymore. He showed up on time to did all the work. He took us around and showed us what branches he was going to take out of the tree.

I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD HAUL A BRANCH TO THEIR WOOD CHIPPER, THEY AGREED AND DID IT FOR ME AT NO COST.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB; CLEANED UP AND COMMUNICATED WELL; WORKED HARD AND FINISHED THE JOB AS PROMISED.

MICHAEL, THE OWNER, WAS ON SITE FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT, AS I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE BIG TREE BEING SO CLOSE TO MY HOUSE. NO PROBLEMS, THEY BROUGHT THE TREE DOWN AND SHREDDED THE MATERIAL ON SITE.

THEY HAD ABOUT FIVE OR SIX PEOPLE HERE, DOING VARIOUS THINGS. DID A VERY NICE JOB.
