Bowman’s Carpet & Upholstery Care is a family based business located in the Speedway area of Indianapolis. However, we do more than just clean carpet, we bring your flooring back to its original state! Aside from carpet cleaning in Indianapolis, we also provide customers with other useful services such as tile & grout cleaning, water extraction and upholstery care. Whatever service it is you need, rest assured that we will deliver.

Wonderful, arrived on time did a great job, explained what he was going to do and gave the estimated time of completion. The price was more than fair. In fact use another company before paid twice as much. I definitely would recommend!

My carpet looks great! They even got most of the pet stains out. The pet smells in my couch and chair are gone. I received a phone call a few days later asking if I was happy with the service provided. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my friends.

So easy, I called to schedule the carpet cleaning and then used their app to follow progress and pay on-line after the project was completed. I got an Angie's List special and they were clear on the phone what that would cover and that what I needed would cost a little bit more, so there were no surprises after the job was done. I can't review the quality, as I had moved out and never saw the end result.

Mike and Chase are an impressive team. I noticed another reviewer make this comment- If I could rate Bowman's Carpet Care more than an A, I would! I chose Bowman's because I know that they are a local, family-owned and operated business, and they have the best reviews of any other carpet cleaning on Angie's List!
I have had Bowman's clean my carpet and upholstery at least twice a year for the last 4 years. Their prices are always fair, and they send great coupons to their customers. Bowman's is the most professional carpet cleaning company I have ever worked with. I will never use another carpet cleaning company. Call them! They will arrive on time, make your carpets look new, and provide awesome customer service!

I bought a big deal for this service and they were fair. They scheduled me about two weeks after I called them because they were busy. In the meantime I found a better deal, but I had already scheduled them so I stuck with them. A young guy came to do it and, I mean, my rugs weren't bad so there was not a while lot to compare it to, but just where the rugs were, I can still tell a difference. I was expecting it to be a little bit better, but they were okay. I would not choose to go back to them, but there was nothing that was wrong with it. He was under par and was late getting there. But, those things happen, I was home anyway. I did not think too much about that. It was more convenient than I had expected, but I got exactly what I paid for. Setting it up and everything they were pretty accommodating. I kind of expected more but maybe that was my problem. I am a hard to please customer. They were late, but they called. Their professionalism was good on the phone and when they came.

If I could rate Bowman's higher than an A, I would! I was not only pleased with the level of professionalism but also pleased with the cleaning of my carpets. I called to schedule my appointment not realizing it was a holiday. Michael Bowman just happened to be at the office and answered the call. He took the time to schedule me even though they were technically closed for the holiday which I thought was a great example of quality customer service. I received a text confirming my appointment. I received one when the technician was on his way and a final one confirming the completion of the job. Chase was actually early for the job and was extremely pleasant. He did a thorough walk through and went straight to work. He finished early and took the time to explain what was done as well as answer any questions. I would highly recommend Bowman's and plan on using them whenever I need my carpets cleaned. They are impressive.

Mike and the crew from Bowman's did a fantastic job. Had they do 3 rooms, a hallway and our staircase. Even sent me a text when they were in route. Extremely helpful service and did a fantastic job cleaning the spots up and extracting the carpets. I will be calling them back to do my furniture and the entire upstairs of my house as well. Highly recommend!

They did an out standing job. They arrived on time and did the 4 room package. My carpet is old and once they were finished, it looked years younger! Will call them again in the future!
