Borkowski Collision Repair

They did an excellent job. The car looks great. There was an unexpected delay beyond their control in getting two parts, rear bumper and trunk lid, due to the GM strike. The owner Bob Borkowski kept us informed on the status which we appreciated. We have used them several times and always been pleased with their work.

Borkowski was very professional and did a good job explaining the work and getting it completed as they promised. Their office staff recommended that I use a different car rental company than my insurance recommended and they took the initiative to contact my insurance and get it approved. The car rental went very smoothly and worked out well. The most important thing was how well Borkowski repaired my car and they did an outstanding job with that!

When I went in for service, I was walked through each step of the quote process and shown all parts that would need to be replaced. The service was done very quickly and looked like new. The paint matched well and it was very difficult to see that it was a replacement at all. After the service, an annoying squeak developed in the front bumper area. The crew at Borkowski looked over my car many times before finding the issue--which ended up being somewhat unrelated to the work they did. They fixed it and it's no problem now. They went above and beyond in their service, professionalism, and customer care. I can't imagine another shop being as focused on serving the customer as they were. Highly recommended.

The repair was excellent. I cannot even tell there was ever any damage. I know sometimes after a repair you can tell by the painting/overspray, but not on this repair! Beautiful job and very informative/friendly staff. The onsite rental car service was especially convenient. Got a great rental car at a reasonable rate (insurance was covering it). The only downside is that they were backed up with work, so it did take a few extra days to get my vehicle in and repaired.

I don't write reviews often, but Amy & Dave were incredibly helpful, professional, and quick when dealing with the insurance and our vehicle repairs. They went the extra mile to make the repairs as good as new for our 2013 Ford Escape and provided valuable advice regarding insurance. If they say they will do it, they do -- outperformed in every area. I highly recommend them for any body work or collision repairs needed. Nice to see a business so customer oriented.

They were awesome! Top of the line! They bent over backwards and I would go back to them in a heartbeat! Even the owner came out and did some extra work on the car without us having to pay anything additional. They are also very personable.

Brought the vehicle in with in a few daysof reporting the loss to my Insurance carrier. It was determined the damage was the fault of the other driver. Bob Borkowski personally wrothe the estimate, once approval was gained from the other carrier repairs were started both on the rear plus a small dent to a door from a vandalism claim. Once repairs began they went extremely well with no problems . The car was rturned in a timely manner the results were exelent. I have used the people off and on for years, their product seems to never waiver from excellent..

We have used another collision shop in the past but they recently changed hands and we did not feel we were going to get the same level of service we had before. We live in Fishers and wanted a local business. I checked out this business on Angie's List and called them with our estimate from the insurance company. They had me fax the information and were able to get us in quicker than I was initially told. The repair took a couple of days. The truck was beautiful. Not only did the repair look like new, they also detailed and washed our truck. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Several people I know in the car business recommended Borkowski, and they did not disappoint. They did a great job, were very kind, and quick.

Overall very pleased with Borkowski. The repairs were streamlined with my insurance company. They did quality work. They fixed my daughter's PT Cruiser, and I went back there as a repeat customer to have my Murano fixed. They were very professional.

Borkowski did a great job of fixing a 4 inch deep scratch on my Lexus. They were careful to go through the clear coat, blend the multiple layers of paint so that the area was barely noticeable. Their price was 1/3 of the quote I got from Butler Collison Repair in Carmel. While I hope to not have a need for their services, I would use them again in a minute.

We try to avoid needing body work, but when we do we always call Borkowski. They are highly professional and very responsive. The quality is just outstanding; whenever there is an issue with any of our work, the owner of the shop has been very involved in making the situation right. Over the number of years we have been using them, there have been very few issues.

They listen to your questions and explain things in away you can understand. I never feel intimidated or worry that they will take advantage of me. They are a local family owned business and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great. Their prices were right in line with the local competition. We used them before and were happy...so we used them again. They were very detailed in their estimate and work to be performed. They were easy to work with and addressed my concerns for the job. We will use them again in the future. Final product looks great! So glad we got the work done here.
